Q: how wide is the insole of size 11.5 W measured across the ball of the foot area?

i have 10W... I have not measured my insole. But i do need a wide shoe and these are perfect fit.

Thank you for contacting Lugz! With a wash rag, gently scrub the stains. To protect nap quality, scrub in the direction of suede fibers. Do not press too hard, as this may damage the nap. If stains are not removed, lightly run an emery board against the nap. Be careful, as excess pressure may damage suede fibers. Remove scuff marks by gently rubbing a clean pencil erasure over the suede surface. Hope this helps!

So these Fortunately did not dig into my Achilles tendon and leave a big blister Sperrys tend to do that but these are actually comfortable very affordable and you can wash them as well which that helps break them in to prevent your heal from rubbing
