These shorts are a great high waisted option. Daughter wears with crop top to keep too much of her stomach from showing. Well made and washes well. Comes just up over the belly button. Comfortable and cute.

Fits perfectly and stays put. The fabric is soft and of good quality. My daughter dances 2 hours everyday so we bought several pairs for her. She doesn’t have to pull on them or worry about the top slipping or rolling or riding up. The length is perfect for her shes 10 and about 4’10” and 67 lbs. they are not too long or too short.

I am looking for something to wear outside of ballet top in capezio and ballet stocking as I have ballet classes before other classes next semester. I initially ordered "large" in big girls but that's too loose in the waist area. Medium fits as expected. I can also wear it as exercise shorts etc. I am not petite at 5'7'' size 00 or 0 in jeans and healthy bmi of 17. I wear XS in Capezio ballet leotard in women's. These shorts in M fits similarly as XS in women's top/ legging.

My daughter likes her waistband high. These are great "everyday" shorts for dance class. We ordered medium and they fit nicely on her size 7 waist, with some room to grow. I am happy with the "bum" coverage.

Great for gymnastics! Fit is right on also.
