Great product and easy to fit. Make sure you get the sikaflex 522 adhesive as this highly recommended on the caravanning forums and I can confirm it does the job great. Just allow extra time to go off if doing this in the colder months. Also mine didn’t come with the van mounts which I knew before I purchased so make sure you check if it comes with what you are expecting.

Spot one for what I needed. Easy to wire up and tops up battery brilliantly. I purchased different fixings for roof of camper as recommended by others, but really think it was not necessary as the fitting it came with were adequate. Neverfitted one before but have to say it was not difficult at all.

I bought this because I wanted a extra panel and my old solar controller did not have enough data, just power LEDs so the panel + controller combo was good. This controller is a great improvement as it shows voltage and has some very useful USB power outlets but I ended up discarding it (freecycle) and spending extra on a proper MPPT charger because the one included here is wasteful and throws away power above the battery voltage. This is the compromise of a cheap PWM controller and for the price I think this panel + PWM controller is a good deal but I just hated running my system below the optimal performance.If you use this in parallel with other panels then you will need a series diode but most people wire panels in series and in this case it is not a issue.May update - the panel is working better than I expected. My current measuring system clips at 6A and I never thought that a west facing 150W panel in the UK would ever achieve this but last weekend my measurements were clipping at 6A/17V which is 100W and this is at a non ideal angle. Extrapolating the clipped current measurements I think this was actually producing not far short of the nominal 150W which is amazing and way better than I thought possible in my setup.

Ordered first one, unfortunately too large the solar panel plastic brackets a lot wider than they look so sent back received a replacement. On delivery, peaked in top of box to ensure ok and it was, however when removed fully from packaging the following day it was shattered as if hit in a couple of places. Not sure how it happened, as no-one bumped into it with anything. Assume glass flimsy and as I checked it myself albeit not fully - no come back. :(Curious to see if it had any power, placed gently on garden shed roof and it was still pulling 95% of expected amps, so decided to cover the minute shards of very sharp glass with clear sticky film. Few minor cuts later all sealed and it still works - not 100% but enough to charge something (Light in hut) . However, will not buy another like for for vehicle roof, will now look at the flexible options. Just need to charge some leisure batteries and the panel to stand up to all weather Rain/Hail/Sun etc. . Okay you get what you pay for I was just unlucky. If I was to buy again I would cover with film before installing.

Bought this from the company that makes it and got to say that I'm not impressed with them been trying to get a answer to a problem with the controller not working properly and still waiting for a response been 8 weeks

Easy to install, used different ABS plastic brackets but the stainless bolts included were prefect for the job. Panel was decently packed and it worked as it should. Perfect for my now off grid campervan. Only had to make my own leads from the controller to the battery. I just had enough with the 5m supplied though.

Great item. Easy to install.Added mine to the aero roof rack and rails installed on my VW camper.It is hidden between two large Da Kine roof rack pads, which also assist with airflow and allow the roof rack to continue to be used as intended..Only minus one star as had to rewire/reattach corroded connectors 10 month of continuous use.

Me llegó el kit y por motivos de trabajo y personales no pude abrirlo en varios meses.Al abrirlo me dí cuenta que estaba roto el controlador, debido a un mal transporte del paquete.Contacté con la empresa y me resolvieron el problema, aunque ya se habían pasado los 30 días.Muy contento con el servicio postventa.Además el kit es muy bueno para pequeños electrodomésticos y cargas. Aconsejable para posibles apagones.

Kit plutôt facile d'installation à l'exception d'un câble dont les cosses avait un diamètre trop important problème réglé à l'aide d'une pince résultat peut esthétique mais fonctionnel. Le panneau fonctionne bien la batterie mériterai une capacité un peut plus importante mais c déjà très bien.

Came in 2 package. Fast delivery and everything seems ok, no cracks or anything. Will use i't on my boat this season. Thanks!!!!
