Great in dishes, on toast or with an antipasti platter!
I use anchovies quite a bit, mostly in cooking where they melt onto the background of a dish to lend some sodium and a boost of umami. While these are excellent in this capacity, they were also delicious as is, on toast with things like onion, capers and parsley, to add some briny, fresh character to the dish and of course Caesar salad! When cooked for dishes like pasta, they melt into the olive oil perfectly, but the texture is not at all mushy so they can handle recipes that require them to be served as is, straight from the tin. (On toast or a Pissaladière the French tart of onion, anchovy and black olive.) The lemon it’s packed with lends it a freshness without competing with the flavors of your dish. The quality of these is equal to those brands that ore significantly more expensive. Delicious and well priced. Can’t ask for more!

These were good, just not my preference
I was looking for Boquerones, these are not that. I know they do not say they are. They’re ok, but for my taste, I’d rather have something else. The product is good, spices are a nice touch.

Look exactly like SARDINES
Look EXACTLY like SARDINES. Fell apart, not salty, mushy. I don't think these are anchovies. I made my dressing but had to add a lot of extra ingredients for that punchy flavor. Not cheap either. They are also way too big to be anchovies.

These are SARDINES (or atleast comletely mimic sardines)
The only reason I am writing a review is because these are not boquerones (Spanish White Anchovies). I gave 3 starts because I also like Sardines. If you like Sardines, go ahead and buy, but don't expect the delicate boquerone.

Very bright flavors and good size fish

Excellent quality and taste.
Delicious, perfectly seasoned and not overwhelming lemon flavour. Firm fish, have them on toast for a real treat.
