great item you really can plug everything into it great for living room or kids room

They are worth it and I do like them. So far they are good and they stay in place. They can come unplugged it pulled on to much. They do work. Easy installation and space saving. You can take anywhere with you if you needed to.

I bought a couple of these to try out as I wanted to be a bit lazy and not have to replace several receptacles when I could simple plug these into my existing duplex receptacles. I like being able to plug my one in without having to chase down a charging unit whenever I am in a different room of the house.They work fine for what they are made to do.They are NOT something that you should be plugging any high loads into. So do not plug in an electric heater along with other things into one of these. They are not designed for that purpose and you could have some bad and potentially dangerous results. Small loads such as Table Lamps, phones, computers, etc. should all work fine. Use them safely and wisely and they should serve you well.The review section asked me to comment on travel usage, versatility and sturdiness.Traveling - I have not used these while traveling, but would guess that they should work the same. Just don't forget it and leave it in the hotel for the next guy although I'm sure he'd appreciate it. :)Versatility - I think I spoke to that above. Just as with any electrical receptacle use it as it was designed and don't overload the circuit.Sturdiness - These seem to be quite sturdy and easily plugged in and removed to be relocated without much difficulty.

Recently purchased two two-packs of these Addtam surge wall outlet surge protectors. They seem a solid choice and offer a good level of surge protection (1800 joules). They should be good for most applications, although if you have a super high-end computer you may wish to opt for something that offers 3000+ joules of protection. Positives include 5 outlets as well as USB charging ports. Knocking off one star because they do not screw into your exiting wall outlet and hence you need to be a little careful about using the front outlet so as not to pull the device out of the wall socket.

Purchased and placed in my 5th wheel RV. Definitely a great investment which allows for more areas to plug in chargers, multiple electronics for tv/entertainment, and they are surge protected. Removed 3 power strips which looked awful. Black color and nice product design make them look as though they were originally part of the RV.
