I am 6' ft tall w/ a 36" waist, and the "American large" size fit perfectly. They are a combination of linen and cotton, which makes them both lightweight and comfortable and well as suitable for sitting cross-legged. The rear pockets are nicely designed, not just an afterthought. The waist has elastic, as well as a cord. I haven't tried, but I do not believe these will do well as a machine wash and dry item. I use Soak, a great hand laundry product (like the old Woolite product but no need to rinse) in cold water and then lay flat to dry. Also, I ordered these through Amazon on 4/2 and the expected delivery date was 4/24-5/15. They arrived, though, on 4/10.

Love the feel and how these look. Super comfortable. I have a 34/36 waist size depending on the brand of pants I am purchasing in the regular stores. I wear 34 most of the time with most clothing brands. With these pants I read all the reviews and came to the conclusion that a size bigger was in order, I am 5' 8" and weigh 180 with a medium build with a 32" inseam length on most pants. I purchased the large size pants and they fit great. Also, know the waistband is way expandable so that didn't even play into the issue for me. They do run a little long in length though. What I learned about the cotton-linen blend is you can wash them and cause them to shrink if they are a tad too large and long. I just washed mine like regular clothing in the washer and then even dried them in the dryer on a regular setting and they shrank just a little and fit even better. Be careful with washing them to cause them to shrink. If you use hot water settings on the wash and regular drying mode they could shrink allot, I just used cold/warm water setting for mine in the washer and regular dryer settings for them and it worked out great for me.

I am 5’8” tall and weigh about 170. I wear 32x30 jeans. I bought a small and they fit as I wanted them to. Don’t have to pull the drawstring at all but I have room. Also, the inseam is just long enough to get the baggy look but doesn’t drag when I have flippy floppys on.

These are too thin in my opinion. Basically, with any light whatsoever they are see-through. I suppose as long as your underwear is the same color, it won't be that noticeable.The legs are also a little too long. I'm guessing they are meant for taller, slimmer people.Once you get past those two things, they are pretty comfortable and cool. I just wish I could wear them in public.

Ordered these for my husband to wear to our wedding. We were supposed to get married on the beach, but the hurricane had other ideas. He loves them and says they are very comfortable.

Ordered came and we are so happy and satisfied with the material. The looks and feel of the item really suits out taste. Very comfy that is what we are after for when we first saw this. Bet to order for more in the future. Keep innovating!

I wear a size 33x32. I bought the Medium referencing the sizing chart. They had the length I needed but the hips and thighs were very snug. The material seemed soft, thick, yet breathable. I really wanted them to fit as I thought they would be a nice summer solution for those days you don't want shorts, but can't bear to wear jeans or chinos. I might try a larger size or wait till I can try a pair on in the store (if there are still stores left). If you plan to buy, go up a size or two, but don't be surprised if you get a little extra length.

I have purchased other pants similar to these that were ridiculously small (Asian sized). There is no good way to convert Asian sizes to US size as there seems to be no continuity. These Utcoco pants fit true to size and have ample room in the thigh. I already have another pair in my cart.
