obdII gauge display 2007 toyota prius
★★★★★ Excellent addition for my 2007 Toyota Prius!I bought this for my 2007 Toyota Prius because the factory dashboard does not include a coolant temperature gauge. I wanted an easy way to monitor the engine temperature and make sure everything was operating normally.Installation was very simple. Just plug it into the OBD-II port and it starts working immediately. The display is bright, easy to read, and shows important information like coolant temperature, engine RPM, and battery voltage in real time.It has been working perfectly, and the temperature readings have been very consistent. This gives me much more confidence, especially on long drives and when climbing hills. If you own a second-generation Prius or any vehicle that doesn’t have a factory temperature gauge, I highly recommend this device. Great value and very easy to install

Works great on 99 Honda Accord in OBDII mode
Wow, great collection of gauges and DTC scan tool itself is well worth the money. The DIGITAL dashboard showing the speedometer/rpm looks cool and modern. The HUD secondary gauge displays Coolant and Oil temp, Voltage, MPG, etc.The display is bright and comfortably clear in bright daylight under the California sun.Installation was simple, plug into the OBD port, then run the cable to the top of the steering wheel. The cable was extra long (about 6 feet) and I stuffed the slack into the fuse box above the OBD port. The included manual covers basic setup but honestly you can figure it out with only 3 buttons to work with.It took me 10 minutes to set the IMPERIAL units (MPH, MPG), set the time (UTC -8 hours), set the auto-turnoff volage to 13.2 volts, and the secondary gauges. For accurate MPG for my car, in the Fuel Settings, I set the Model to Honda and "Swept Volume" from 1.6 liters to 2.4 liters. My car is showing 28 MPG which seems correct. The latest firmware seems to have fixed the complaints found in user reviews.Among them that I found are listed below for those that are on the fence.1. The "third display in the secondary gauges section" (which shows voltage) can be changed (yes all 3 can be changed now).2. The display can be set to IMPERIAL (MPH, MPG, etc) or METRIC (KPH, liters/100 km, etc) in the Settings menu.3. SPEED and RPM correctly matched the dashboard Analog gauges at freeway speeds for my 99 Honda Accord.4. Clock time is accurate after adjusting the TIME OFFSET -8 hours in the Settings (time is auto-synched with GPS which is a plus).5. No suction cup included in my package. I do not use it as it falls off unexpectedly during driving but incase you need it.6. OBD cable is high quality and fits very firmly into the OBD port. Unplugging requires force and it will not unplug while driving on the road.6. I wear polarized sunglass and can see the display crisp and clear in bright daylight. The display goes dark if you tilt your head 45 degrees.7. Car parked for 2 days with HUD plugged in and the car starts up fine. HUD kept all my settings. Manufacturer does recommend unplugging the HUD if car is parked for 7 days.8. For accurate MPG for your car, go into the Fuel Settings, set the Model (ie Honda) and "swept volume" from 1.6 liters to your engine size.

Fun to play with
My car doesn’t have oil temperature gauge. It’s nice to have some extra gauges, especially after making some modifications to improve the performance of my car. Had to dial in the speedometer. I wish I could change more of the gauges. Some are locked in, but you can change a few of them and there is quite a few different display choices. It will help you figure out your stopping distance and your zero to 60 times. Mounting and hiding the wires were easy with the tools given with the gauge set. A decent size I don’t have any problems reading the gauges. It looks pretty good in the car too. I want to minded it to be a little bit bigger and have more information available to me. The voltage meter is nice and it has a lot of gauges that my car doesn’t have. I can’t tell you about durability because it’s been about six months. I turned the brightness of mine down, so the display would last longer.

Functions fine (not as well in a Rav4 prime though), absolutely garbage manual
Bought this to get a tachometer functionality because some people on a forum recommended this to get a tach for a Rav4 prime. The issue with the Rav4 prime (and not so much with this HUD) is the battery voltage is super inconsistent. Sometimes it's over 14V, sometimes its at 12.8, 12.9V, and it can interfere w/ the voltage off, so unless if you're okay at working out some inconsistencies with this display, maybe don't get one for the Rav4 prime (I mean, the product description says it's not compatible w/ hybrids). The mounting tape wasn't very strong, and the suction cup was initially not "suction" at all until I took the proper time to get it suctioned on the window, and it has held itself in place ever since. There's an included screwdriver to remove the bottom plastic plate that you adhere the double sided tape to, I opted to removing that after getting the suction cup working properly, and used a piece of tape so the little remaining plastic bits have a soft place to sit on and doesn't damage the dash.3 control buttons lets you to cycle between different display modes/entering into the settings/switching different readings on subsections of the HUD, and you're able to see readings like coolant temp, oil temp, transmission temp, turbo boost (if your car has a turbo), there's not too much customization, but there is a blanket reading page that just shows everything possible, if you need something like that. What is absolutely awful and not an excuse however, is the manual. There's like...no instructions on setting the manual, and it feels like half of the settings don't even do anything. There's also no way to disable certain warnings, like "high coolant temp warning", the only thing you can do is set it to an ungodly 200C. It also seems to shut itself off after the specified voltage after 3min regardless of what you set for the timer to turn this OBD2 off, at least that's what I assume what that setting is supposed to do, but there's no manual to tell me that. Given the price, this would absolutely be 5 stars had the manual actually detailed what all the settings did.

Super product
I have been an avid car "gadget" guy for years and for the most part have disappointed with my purchases in the past. This one was a very pleasant surprise, worked exactly as promised, simple installation. 5 STARS!!!

Plug and play easy install!
I’ve been using the Wiiyii OBD2 HUD P6 for a few days now, and I’m honestly really impressed with how much value it offers for the price.Setup was super straightforward—just plug it into the OBD2 port and it powers right up. I didn’t have to mess with complicated wiring or calibration, which was a big plus. Within minutes, I had real-time data showing on my windshield. The display itself is clear and easy to read, even in daylight. I especially like being able to see my speed, RPM, and coolant temperature without taking my eyes off the road. It adds a nice layer of safety and convenience, especially on longer drives. The overspeed alarm is also a great feature—it’s subtle but helpful for keeping things in check.Another thing I appreciate is the dual OBD + GPS functionality. Even when OBD data isn’t perfect, the GPS helps keep the speed reading accurate. It feels like a well-thought-out backup system.Overall, it just makes the car feel a bit more modern without spending a ton of money. If you’ve got an older vehicle or just want more real-time info while driving, this is definitely worth picking up.

I liked it
This meter has worked perfectly in my truck I like it because it is very easy to install and perfect for when we go on a trip and we do not want to make any mistakes its data is exactly real so it is really something indispensable.

Provides very useful information on car performance
This is a great device and I like it a lot. I would have given it 5 starts except for a couple of issues that I think may be the reason why this is shown as "frequently returned". I think most users did not fiddle with it enough to make it work really well. I admit, my interest was perhaps a bit different from others so I was motivated to make it work. Here are the issues:1. The "users manual" is almost useless. It is written by a non-native English speaker and is very cumbersome - if you can read it at all. It has very tiny text so you need a magnifying glass to read it.2. The clock function is designed for international use so only shows 24-hour time values (14:30 = 2:30 PM)3. Setting the clock is confusing unless you realize that it uses GPS time which does not know the loca time zone. You cannot set the time exactly. You can only set it within 30 minutes and then the GPS will figure out the time zone.4. My car does not have a tachometer, compass or any engine instrumentation (it is a KIA pug-in hybrid) so I needed this to provide information from the OBD2 plug (it has a direct, wired plug-in - not bluetooth - which makes it much easier to use. Also, it does have the ability to show error codes and to clear the codes if needed so this is a plus. For things not in OBD2 (is has no magnetometer), it uses the GPS which is a great combination. It will also work in GPS mode only if you don't need the engine instrumentation.5. The ad says it will not work with a plug-in hybrid (I didn't notice that) or on trucks, etc. It seems to work with anything with an OBD2 port - even pre 2009. I have a 2006 and 2008 Ford truck and it works great on both of those.6. I love the shape and the suction cup mount. I put it in the very upper-left corner of the windshield where it is out of the field of view for driving but close enough to read even the small fonts.6. However, it took a lot of fiddling to make it work with my KIA but it was worth the effort. The instructions for auto turn-on and turn-off (by time or voltage) still do not make sense to me but by continuing to tweak the values, I was able to make it work and now it does everything I wanted.

Great product and accurate with car speedometer
I have been using this now for over 2 years in wife's Hyundai ix35 and now in Tucson. Wife primarily relies on this for speed and I found it very accurate with car speedometer. I used the window suction mount option as it is easy to install. There are so many display designs and other data from car's computer which one can find handy. Brightness is perfect. I use google maps or Waze for actual speed as all cars speedometer is always higher than actual speed. This is not this device fault.... most people don't know this. I will highly recommend this product

The product is very good but before you buy
My Car is a Chevy Corvette 1988 C4 so this product doesn’t fit because you need to buy an extra extension cable or cord, I didn’t know that until my friend showed me, we’ve tried it in his Dodge challenger and we connected it with any extension 👍🏻
