It's like a real dates powder .very good quality dates has been used.great taste .Actually I have also tried dates powder of farmely that was so baad it has bad taste also sand granules like kirkiri in mouth.so I search for another one then I got to know about slurrp soooo good 👍 amazing quality yess it's costly but for health it's good.

Definitely good if you are okay with the texture
Tried as a replacement to coconut sugar but since it is date powder the fibre texture remains it doesn't get dissolved completely so I don't prefer it with my coffee. But will work with your cereal/muesli bowl. I don't like the smell of the powder but the smell is not significant when added to the dish so again not a major issue.

Not worth the hype
Tastes exactly as dried dates. Easy to use . But if you want to use it in porridge, you need to add 2-3 spoons. Even after 2-3 spoons, provides mild sweet taste which is ok for babies solids. Also upon adding it to porridge it will not melt. Becomes lumps & need to keep stirring the recepie. This can't replace sugar. Pricey. Recommend slurrp to have trial pack.

Our favorite sugar alternative
I have a two year old that I’m still continuing with the no sugar diet so this date sugar is a great alternative to sweeten muffins, cookies and everything else. Tastes great with plain yogurt as well! I use half the amount of the listed sugar for most recipes and it turns out great. Amazing to add some nutrients and sweetness. No sugar crash!

I bought this for my kid for whom I always avoid giving sugar directly works well with shakes and milk or to make cookies and cake as a replacement of sugar little pricey but worth it.
