Hi, it fits 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL JLU 4-door Models.

Can this be used as a garage storage by hanging the handles from a hook?

I don't know about hanging them with the handle. We have ours in the bag laying onto of our hardtop.

Will this fit both panels from a 22' gladiator?

Best thing to do is add the Gladiator to your garage on Amazon and then it should show what will work for it 90% of the time.. you could also check the dimensions. I’m surprised it didn’t come with the rig 😜

Good quality and it looks good. The centre divider in my opinion could have gone all the way to the top BUT it still does the job.I would recommend this product for price and quality.
