This oxygen cylinder has been a truly invaluable product for my family. Thanks to it, my father in Cuba can move around more freely and safely, something that was very difficult before due to the lack of resources and medical equipment in the country. I am deeply grateful to have a product that has improved both his well-being and our peace of mind. This is a fantastic cylinder. I just wish I'd known I couldn't get it filled from anywhere in my city before purchasing it. But it is exactly, in every way the same as any oxygen cylinder you'd get if you needed to be on oxygen.

I have called, emailed, messaged this company to tell them that they sent tanks that cannot be filled because they don't have an ability to fill the tank! I think they are a scam and I'm out hundreds of dollars. All I want was to exchange them for actual tanks that can be filled. No reply.

This tank is shown as having a valve handle to open and close the cant without a key. Unfortunately it showed up without a handle so now I need to keep a key with me to open it when needed.

This product came in damaged and all scratched up. And it’s non-returnable.
