I’m genuinely impressed with its performance and design. As someone with sensitive skin, I was hesitant about at-home waxing, but this kit changed my mind. Pros: Digital Temperature Control: The LED display makes it easy to monitor and adjust the heat. The temperature stays consistent, which helps avoid overheating or under-melting the wax. Fast Heating: The wax melts quickly and evenly. Great for Sensitive Skin: The included hard wax beads are gentle yet effective. No irritation or redness afterward. And it comes with a small bottle of after-wax lotion. Complete Kit: It comes with everything you need—multiple bags of wax beads, applicator sticks, and even pre- and post-wax care tips. The only thing is that the wax can get a little stringy if it’s not at the perfect temperature, but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy to manage. Another thing, once the wax melted, I would not go over 140 degrees. 130 even! Their recommendation is 150+ and it is wayyy too hot!

IMPORTANT: TREE NUT ALLERGEN in wax. The wax contains coconut oil. TL;DR: It’s aight. Auto shutoff sucks. It makes wax stringy af. Wax is not sensitive skin friendly but effective. Wax is slow to melt thanks to auto shutoff. Wax doesn’t leave a ton of residue and is easily removed. I regret my purchase. The only good use of the machine is to melt fragrance waxes—not as a waxing machine. Included with machine: - wooden sticks of 2 sizes - finger condoms - 2 white 3.5 oz wax bags - 2 black 3.5 wax bags (Both bags have the same ingredients in them) - silicone bowl insert It works as intended, but I definitely regret buying this. The machine has an auto shutoff when the bowl gets to a certain temperature. I’m not positive, but I’m pretty certain the auto shutoff is one of the facts that causes the wax to become stringy. It also causes the wax to melt at snails pace. It roughly takes 30-45 mins to melt 3.5 oz (one of the bags) of wax. Once the wax has slightly melted, the machine turns off, so the wax cools. Then the machine turns on to keep the temp up, so the wax starts melting again. After awhile you can use the wax, but then the cycle causes the wax to never completely stay liquid enough to not be a stringy mess. The wax sets quickly, so you’re able to pull it off quickly. But in the same vein, the wax basically sets while you’re pulling it from the bowl. So the combination of how fast this wax sets and how the machine never stays hot enough to keep the wax at a good liquid state, this wax is an utter lukewarm mess. The best way to keep the wax hot enough is probably to have it sit directly into the metal bowl instead of the silicone insert. The auto shutoff is a nice safety function, but it really sucks when the wax is becoming solid on the stick. [I used the white wax on legs, stomach and underarms before writing this review.] The wax contains coconut oil—for those allergic or don’t like using coconut oil. The wax, for the most part, works well. It adheres relatively easily and does a great job removing the hair. The only issue I had while waxing was my underarm. I’m not sure why, but the wax simply would not pull out the hair. It also caused light bleeding, which is typical. But due to the bleeding, I couldn’t go back and finishing waxing those areas. Two bags of the wax was enough to do both lower legs, some stomach and underarms. There was a slight bit of wax leftover. My legs sting like no one’s business though. I have pretty sensitive skin, so redness and tender skin is pretty normal. But it seems to be worse this time. I can’t even have a soft blanket touch my skin because it’s uncomfortable. This wax is not the friendliest for sensitive skin. The wax didn’t leave a lot of residue, so I was easily about to rub off/pull off the leftover wax. I used some witch hazel on my waxed areas to help clean up, but the wax wasn’t budging. Thankfully, the remainder of the wax came off after using Cetaphil sensitive skin cleanser and Cetaphil lotion. But I’ll be honest, using the cleanser to wash everything off stung. Overall, I’m unhappy with how this machine function. Hopefully, trying another hard wax brand will resolve the stringy issue. Otherwise you should just use the machine to melt fragrance wax.

Great wax warmer! Heats up fast, easy to use, and keeps the wax at the perfect temperature. Definitely worth it.

Product was deffective. I was heating for about 20 secondes then giving an error and shutting down. Product build is good however i ve had a bad experience.
