I was using the thorne brand. But this works just as well for a fraction of the cost. It's not flavored like the thorne, but I'm using it for flavor 😋. I sleep like a baby.

I previously bought this exact same product from a local health food store and had no issues with the taste. Unfortunately, the bottle I received from Amazon tasted completely different. The flavor was so disgusting that the first time I took it, it almost made me sick to my stomach. I tried not to waste it by mixing it with flavored electrolyte powder to mask the taste. Based on this experience, I won't be purchasing this product from Amazon again.

Love this to go to sleep! 2 scoops and you sleep like a baby. A bit of a sour taste.

Great item powder so easy to mix

I struggled with taking magnesium. Magnesium capsules are huge and as a result got in the way of taking them consistently. I also struggle with sleep. I purchased this powder and I’m so happy I did. Super easy to mix in a beverage a little while before bed, great way to get magnesium, aaaaannnnd I get better sleep.

We bought this product through another site and it worked well. Just like any other mag bisglycinate work. We were happy to find this on Amazon. It's odd that it does not have the same effect. After trying it everyday for a week, we found that this leaves us feeling wired. Is this even mag bisglycinate? And of course it's non-refundable. This is total trash.

طلبت المنتج كمكل غذائي اثناء اتباع حمية الكيتو خاصة وكما ذكر بالوصف انه لايحتوي على كربوهيدرات او محليات . عند استخدام المنتج اظن وجود طعم للسكر أو مشابه وبوضوح . وان كان تذوقي وتقديري صحيح فلا يصلح مع حمية الكيتو. الطعم مناسب ومقبول للاشخاص العاديين.
