Not For Big Girls
The hoop itself is easy to put together and easy to understand, however, it's not for bigger people. If I wanted to use this product I would have to buy another hoop entirely to add links to it. So this just kinda sucks. Basically, if I wanna work out with the hoop, I need to purchase another hoop or lose weight (which I was supposed to do with this to begin with).

Not worth it
The idea in the concepts seem really cool, but it ends up not really working out that well. You have to maintain a specific momentum to actually get it to spin around the weight. Honestly, I’d recommend getting an actual weighted hula hoop hula hoop if you really want to use one for exercising. This was a cool thing to check out, but it ended up not working out.

I actually love this
I can't hula hoop to save my life, so I was skeptical. Although it took a bit to figure it out, I was able to get this bad boy swinging. I love this!!

Awesome Workout for my core!
I wasn't sure what to think of this device at first, but I enjoy using hula-hoops, so I figured I'd like this type of workout to help strengthen my core. Surprisingly this thing is TOUGH but I feel my core working hard when in use. This hoop is really fun and keeps me engaged (I tend to lose interest in workouts fast, so it's a plus that this thing is LOCK onto my waist, haha). I recommend giving it a try!

Super fun!
Super easy to put together and easy to use! It’s super fun to use! It’s expandable, and I’m sure you can always buy more extenders if you need them! Or even a heavier weight, you can definitely feel it working when you use it!

Most fun workout ever
Pretty sure this is the best workout I have ever done. Not only do you feel it but it is also hilarious watching my animals chase the weight flying around. This definitely deserves a gold medal

Great for workout
This space saver hoola hoop is really great for workout. Unlike the bigger ones, this is more user-friendly. This is a great buy for me.

Great!
This product came exactly as pictured! It arrived in two days and works really well, it is also very comfortable to use and I’m excited to add it into my daily regime. Takes a bit of trial and error to figure out the right movement to keep the weight swinging around but once you nail it it’s a great workout - had me sweating in no time!

Good to have!
Very easy to install, my 5-years-old made it…looking for this product for months, finally able to get one and it really useful as expected, adjustable ring let my whole family can enjoy this.
