Excellent Bayer Asprin Pain reliever
I like this Bayer asprin. It helps me greatly whenever I feel the need to have some relief from my pain in certain areas. I don't use this very frequently because of the danger it can do to your body. It is very good no side affects. Excellent Aspirin

Really relieves pain
Just recently, I took two of these to relieve nighttime pain in my leg. It works great, but couldn't figure out why I couldn't fall asleep. I realized the next day that this has lots of caffeine. At least it was a lot for me. Great product, just keep this in mind if you're sensitive to caffeine.

Best pain killer I use now, I have a bad knee,Bad Back,Bad neck,bad big toe, and full time body aches so I take these to give me a break for a few hours, I tried all kids of pain killers and this so far is the best one, I take 4 500mg at a time and it works
