My dad loves this. He uses it on his front and back. Relaxes him and works well. We’ve had it for a year at this point. I would say size may be small if you are a big man. My dad is small and it fits him comfortably.

As someone who is 6'2, I was worried it might not be long enough. I was so happy to find out I was wrong and that it is a perfect length for someone my height! Fully covers my entire back and goes over my shoulders just as pictured. It actually gets really warm, to the point where I actually turn it down to low or medium. Super happy with the heat level, unlike other heating pads I've tried in the past. Love that it has a strap so you can pull it nice and snug to your body. Can absolutely be used on more than just your back. I sometimes like to lay it on my legs or upper body when I'm feeling cold in bed and it helps me fall asleep. I typically turn it off before I'm feeling like I'm going to fall asleep, but don't worry too much if I don't because the two hour timer actually turns it off after 2 hours of being continuously on. One issue I had when I ordered it was it kept saying delayed and not arriving. I waited 4 days then requested a replacement which promptly arrived within the 2 day window. Not sure if that's happened to anyone else. Might have just been a glitch considering the replacement arrived with absolutely no issue. (This issue had no impact on my rating because it was promptly rectified) Why I gave it 4 stars and not 5: The only negative is I wish the shoulders heated up as much as the back. The front shoulder parts just don't get as warm as the rest. But all in all I'm really impressed with this product considering the low price (especially compared to other more expensive similar products on here or in stores). Definitely worth $30. 10/10 recommend.

I have been using my heating pad for almost a year now and still love it. It is very soft and comfortably fits around my neck. The shoulder pad snaps and waist tie helps keep it in place. I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain and it gives me great relief. I also use it at night when I am cold and going to bed. It warms me up so I can sleep. The timer and auto shut off are wonderful. They make it worry free,

It heated up nicely, but It stopped working shortly after purchase , a month or so.

Took this to an appt to get my permanent make-up and everyone went crazy over it. It is so soft and comfy. I am surprised that mine is not worn out. I would pay double the amount for it if mine breaks. The size is perfect. It wraps around my neck, shoulders and goes down my back. (I am a small person)Chord length is good.

Se porte bien et les 3 niveaux de chauffage fonctionne à merveille. Si vous avez besoin de vous déplacer, vous ne pouvez pas seulement débrancher le fil qui est sur l'article en laissant le fil à 3 broches branché au mûr car au rebranchement cela ne fonctionnera pas, vous devrez débrancher et rebrancher le fil à 3 broches au mur après avoir branché le fil sur l'article. Je suis satisfait. Couvre un peu les épaules et la chaleur est bonne pour moi. Il y a la corde pour la taille et aussi une clip au niveau du cou. Je recommande. Il est stationné de manière permanente sur le dossier de ma chaise de salon.

Oh my! This heating pad is so nice! Warms all up the back & on the neck & shoulders. I wouldn't try using it standing, but sitting in the Lazy Boy it is wonderful. I'm a fairly big guy & my wife is much smaller & it worked well for both of us. Long enough & wide enough. If you wanted more coverage you should be buying an electric blanket :) I didn't use the goofy little plastic snaps to hold the shoulder "wings" together at the front - too hard to snap together & stays in place fine without them when sitting in a chair. I also did not need to tie the belt straps up either. If you are sitting there reading or watching TV or on the computer this thing is great without the fasteners. Much better than the ancient little flat square heating pad we had before. I would recommend this to my friends for sure.

Very disappointed. The heating pad stopped working after only 3 uses. I expected much better quality and durability. It worked fine at first, but then it completely stopped heating. I contacted customer support multiple times for help, but never received any response. The lack of customer service was just as disappointing as the product itself. Poor quality, poor customer support, and a waste of money. I would not recommend this product.

Wow j'adore! Parfait pour le dos et les épaules. Chauffe très bien dans le dos et pourrait chauffer un peu plus au épaules. Mais sommes toute un bon produit que j'utilise régulièrement !!

This is an excellent fitting heating pad, from around the neck to the bottom hem with it resting around your hips or waist depending on your build and/or size. It has a snap closure at the neckline and a material closure at the waist which makes the fit perfect. I would definitely buy one again however there are a few things a purchaser should be aware of. One (this is slightly heavy to lift and put on. Two (even the lowest setting is extremely warm and for some it may be considered medium heat). Three ( there’s a strong reminder not to put wear it in bed or when using it, and fourth ( NOT to fall asleep! ) That being said, for me, it has been the perfect heating pad for back and night pain!
