Aromatic. Non eye irritating

Pleasant smell. After buying this three times, this is my fourth purchase; fragrance is excellent, but this time I got one pack, though I ordered 2 . Should check with the Amazon help.

It is by and large ok. But I am facing problem with its burning. Even after lighting properly they fail to burn in many cases.

This product is very impressive. The aroma is quite good. The aroma lasts upto 3-4 hours after burning the whole cup. So it's a good product.

The quality of the ingredients used are of a very inferior quality and fragrance which don't properly melt and smoke in the Sambrani pot. Horrible..This is neither cowdung cup nor filled with Gum resin. They are enjoying double profit. They totally changed product contains which was sold at Rs.399. The product they are selling now at previous rate are easily available in market less than Rs.200. We had paid Rs 399 for cowdung cup filled withp Gum resin, not for saw dust cup and wood stick filled with cheap fragrance. Moreover if they liked to change their product contains even without price change, they must declare. Never try to cheat customers. I was happy with the contents earlier one.
