This fan can really push some air. I mainly used it for some ESP32 projects and to show how PWM works, and this fan worked perfectly for it. If you're looking for something quiet, this is not that fan. In addition to pushing out a lot of air, it is loud. As to the speed control, if you set up a PWM signal to it, then you're good to adjust to your hearts desire. 12 VDC power supply is easy to deal with, and comes with the hardware kit to put the grates over it so you don't hit your fingers on it or other things. Overall, I am very pleased with the fan for the price is cost.

I got these to replace my aging bronze bushed 80mm exhaust fans, my case uses 4 80mm fans for exhaust. These things move a ton of air, they seem well made. They are loud, i already knew this, i could care less about having a silent case. I ran them for a short time at 100%, was like an SR71 Blackbird spooling up for take off and stuff began blowing around the wall. They create a lot of air pressure. Presently running them at 30% until the case temps climb up

Installed in RackChoice 2U micro ATX server rack. Noisy, but less than my HP Proliant DL380P. Very good airflow.

Works perfectly for my Asus motherboard. Not sure what other reviews are talking about the connection not working. Yes they are loud at 100% duty cycle. But if you know what your doing, they will cool a mining card at 50% duty cycle no problem! Highly recommend.
