Can I use this under frozen pizza and cut on top of it to keep baking pan safe from pizza cutter?

You can put it under frozen pizza, but we recommend that you do not cut food on it.

Yes. They are heat resistant up to 500ºF and BPA FREE. We use the food grade liquid silicone (the same material as baby nipple)to wrap fiberglass, which is more heat resistant and won't melt in your oven. Normally, after cutting out the required size, the edge will be soaked in silicone to prevent from peeling off. However, we upgrade the edge treatment to twice glue-dipping process, which it more sturdy and the edge won't fray and peel easily.
