Excellent for marking chicks / chickens. Just what I needed.

We have many chickens and I am marking my hens and my special birds so incase of any issues I will be able to know which pen they go in until they are big enough to see the difference.

Bought this product to put on our chickens legs to identify them and it works great because it is small enough it doesn't bother them and we have enough to change them out as they grow. Since there were so many of them I have also used them to repair our rabbit hutch and any other little rip or tear in things or just so handy to have on hand around the house. The case is very convenient to have to keep all the colors together and easy to throw in tool box to keep them all from falling out and then I don't have to search for them one by one.

These are pretty standard for zip ties; they work well and the color assortment is helpful. If leg-banding chickens, 4" might not be enough if you have large birds. 6" might be better. And I assume turkeys would be too large for these, as well.

I use these for wreath making and they are the perfect size to secure mesh to the forms. The case actually closes correctly (and stays closed), and although the red ones are more of a dark pink because of being semi-transparent, they work great.

So I finally needed to use a bunch of these zip Ties for an electrical redo of my boat. More than 70% of the zipTies I used broke, just the part that bites into the grooves, that makes it “zip”. TotalJunk!

I have three peeking ducks that all look identical. I couldn't tell them apart and therefore was having trouble naming them. I bought these to put on their ankles so I could tell them apart. Red is Benjamin, pink is Kimberly and blue is Rikku. I'm able to tell them apart now and it's helping me bond with them.I'm grateful for these to help with this process.

I like colored ties because I use them to color code my computer cables. By putting a tie on each end of a cable I can see where the cable attaches. If I run out of tie colors I use more than one tie on the cable , example: red ,blue and green. Also, I use them on my TV accessories wires.
