Will this product lighten dark brown hair to a blonde?

The first time I used I went from dark brown hair to light brown. The second use a few weeks later, I was definitely blonde!

Can i use it to strip my hair so i can dye it with a different color

Yes, but just buy a bleach kit. You don’t need the toner if you’re adding another color
