I purchased this small popper because I live in a small space and have little room for storage....HOWEVER I was VERY disappointed with your product. The first time I used it the upper rim that meets the metal interior melted and stuck to the popcorn as it was popping and caused the popcorn to jam and burn around the rim... when it quit popping I had to forcibly scrape the popcorn and hulls off. Cheap plastic and definitely not rated for the heat intensity it puts off. I only popped the one batch that caused this. Am afraid to pop a second batch as I fear a fire hazard.

Loved how easy it was! Literally plug and go no oil or butter needed. My kids enjoyed the fresh popcorn. The only thing I will say is it does get pretty hot so be careful if you have little one's helping.

My household loves our new machine! Be careful upon removing popcorn even once turned off popcorn at bottom could burn . The plate will be really hot so be careful with young children around but other than that a little bit of oil and popcorn kernels go along way you don't need alot like I thought please follow instructions and enjoy!

Item was easy to set up, use, and clean. It makes hot, crisp, and fresh popcorn in just a few minutes. The only problem I have is an occasional popcorn will pop in a random direction. I don't like too much oil or salt on my popcorn so I've tried lots of different popcorn products and this is the best one I've found.

This is adorable and works great. Perfect for a small family or dorm room.
