Should these arrive in a grey pouch to store them? It is shown in the images but mine arrived without the storage pouch.

Mine came in a box, not a pouch.

Are these made in Italy?

Hi Annie! I am the founder of Amorini and I am happy to inform you that yes, they are made in Treviso, Italy. Let me know if you have any additional questions, I would be happy to answer them for you!

Are the edges thin? My silverettes dig into my aereola and I would like something that i can lay on without that happening.

No it is not thin. I used it for my 2 breastfeeding journey and I never felt pain. You can buy it and you will never regret.

Do these leave indentations around the nipple/areola like others have complained about with the Silverette brand?

They have left no indentations around my nipple area. They are truly amazing
