All Flavor Saltwater Taffy (Assorted, 3 Pound)

We love taffy and this is great for the money.

I had ordered from this same link back in 2021 and the taffy was Taffy Town brand. It was excellent, soft, flavorful, and loved by all in our home. Fast forward to 2022 - I looked up the item in my previously ordered list on Amazon and followed the link to buy it again thinking I was getting the same taffy. It showed up and some were melted, but only certain colors (pink and blue), and was all over the bag and all the taffy - so we had to try and wipe all the sticky off of the taffy before placing it out to eat. Most of the flavors taste the same, only a couple have a distinct taste, and it was all hard within a few weeks. The brand is no longer Taffy Town, it is First Choice Candy and ended up being thrown away because it is awful. I will never order this again. If you are looking for Taffy Town Taffy this is not it.

I got this for my mom and her bf in the nursing home. They ate the whole first bag so fast I had to order more and they ration it now. It's proper taffy with many flavors and colors. My people have no teeth and that works because there's nothing to get stuck on. They just suck on the taffy and enjoy. I highly recommend, and a good price too! I didn't keep it for myself because it threatened to pull a filling out, the way I was chewing them. But Ellie and Jimmy love it because it's just like at the shore.

There is a nice variety of flavors included. The taffy is soft and fresh. However, I took one star off because there were three flavors that I believe didn’t get any sugar in the mix. They were extremely sour and inedible. These flavors also tended to stick extremely to the wax paper also. I had to throw out quite a bit of the bag because of this. But I loved the other flavors! Even the licorice flavor wasn’t horrendous. I don’t usually eat the black licorice flavors

I've bought this taffy and a few other brands several times so far off amazon: - It's by far the cheapest - The softest saltwater taffy I've tried - Flavors are a bit muted, and just only alright. - Sometimes you get a bag that slightly melted and most pieces become a pain to remove from the wrapper. Other brands never had this issue. - The pieces of taffy tend to be a bit small, and inconsistent in shape. - There's not really any "controversial" flavors, like cinnamon included. Overall, it's good enough if you want something cheap. However, if you get a bag that melted slightly, it'll be a frustrating experience. People who know what good taffy tastes like may be disappointed.

Buy this product all the time for my 93 year old mother in law. She loves the candy.

So I bought a 3lb bag after craving Taffy for weeks and not wanting to take a drive to the shore. Unfortunately only a few had actual flavor. To my surprise many colors were flavorless.. super bland. We couldnt tell what they were supposed to be... So much so that it became a game for us to figure it out, which many times tasted like nothing. The ones that did have flavor so far have been pleasant some flavors were more prominent than others unfortunately the rest left much to be desired. I will say the taffy is super soft. Due to the quality issues I wouldn't purchase again but at least I could sorta soothe the Taffy craving dragon. Not sure about all the great reviews, but maybe I got a bad batch... All I know is next time, I'm driving to the shore.

I bought this bag of saltwater taffy because I had a craving for it. My parents and I would to to Leavenworth Washington for either Autumn Leaf or Oktober fest and would come home with several bags of saltwater staff. This bag that I bought reminded me of it and it was so good that it was gone within day and half. And, yes it was that good. I'll probably will buy me another yummy bag of taffy.
