Getting 80 percent deep sleep for 8 hours and after woke up will have some lite sleepiness for 2 hours and 2 hours mind feels fresh .. Overall it's working very good .. Can't expect 100 percent deep sleep from a melatonin tablets .. It will give 80 percent deep sleep and that's enough .. It will not woke u up in the middle of the sleep like melatonin 3 mg tablets .. This 10 mg tablets are good .. it's working .. No disturbance up to 8 hours to 9 hours

Yes it works well at night.Except a lil dizzy in d morning n sleepiness day time but iys okay,can manage.Im sleeping 7 to 8 hours now.Good that it has 120 tabs,which can last 4 months.So its worth.
