how long is this sauce good for / when does it expire?

I have had a bottle in the fridge for months. It is so good but I don’t use it unless I make gumbo or jambalaya. It is like having a bottle of A1 or 57. It can be in fridge for a long time and not expire.

Anyone know how this compares to Joe and Dave's garlic sauce from the oyster house restaurants around the gulf shores area?

Cajun power has a little more spice to it and garlic flavor.

Ingredients: Vinegar, Garlic, Sugar, Spices, Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Xanthan Gum. Not sold as gluten free. No statements that ingredients did or did not come into contact with wheat or other gluten products.

Do I Refrigerate This?

On the label it does not have refrigerate once opened .I would refrigerate .I know in restaurants they do not refrigerate.??? I would recommend it.
