I have used each clipper twice, and both of them have a quality feel and are plenty sharp. Time will tell how long they stay sharp and functional, but right now I am very satisfied with them.

Excellent but only lasted 3 years
I bought these Clippers on May 18th of 2023 and today, February 14th 2026 they broke. I gave them five stars anyway because they are amazing Clippers and I use them at least four times a week.

Best toenail and fingernail clippers that I have ever used,
These are the 'best' clippers that I have ever used. The description of them is absolutely correct and true; they are sharp and precise. They can do 45 degree cuts on the top edges of difficult nails. I have never seen clippers that can do that. I understand why Amazon endorses them; they are really well made, precise and easy to use. It is amazing to reach my age and find something this basic that is so much better than every other set of toenail clippers that I have ever used. I don't do product reviews unless I really respect and appreciate someone's product sold here on Amazon. Buy them; you won't regret it. They are awesome.

Fingernail clippers, great. Toe nail clippers, not so much.
The fingernail clippers work great. The toe nail clippers do not work very well...I don't have crazy thick toenails but find they don't open wide enough for my big toe nail. Cheap brand toe nail clippers work better for me than these toe nail clippers. The finger nail clippers are worth it though. Very sharp and make clean cuts.

If you want professional grade clippers, then these are for you. We have had these for well over a year and are used all the time. They are well worth the extra money.
