I buy this because it not only taste good, but is good for you!
I love this company, they are great people. The quality of the products is awesome, if I could change one thing about it. It would be that their products were snap or healthcare spending eligible to make it easier on the budget considering it is both a food and vitamin supplement that's easy for the body to digest/absorb.People keep saying 'buy better foods'. But the problem is most of the higher quality or healthier stuff you can't afford with food stamps. One item and your entire allowance is gone. This companies products, show up in any labwork done. I often have chronic low vitamin levels, but because of the companies products i've actually had several amazing results lab wise. For whatever reason my body has an insanely hard time absorbing vitamin D and a few other vitamins but D is my most obvious since living in Oregon where everyone is Vitamin D deficent, but the product works. I make a box of mac n cheese, rice, put a tbsp in my morning coffee, or make homemade bread with the stuff it last me a long time, and I don't feel like crap eating/drinking it.I use both the milk and butter from this company on a regular basis, as well as having some put aside for emergency use. I justify it because 'high quality vitamins' cost as much as the product itself if not more. Plus using it as a food means I don't have to buy 2 seperate items in the end saving a bit more money. Granted, I am subbed to the news letter so I always see when their products go on sale. Then I buy a between 3-6 of their products especially if the sale is REALLY good - sometimes from their website and sometimes from amazon.I hate powdered milk, I hate the taste of powdered milk. But this stuff doesn't have that funky dirty taste. I think i've only come across 1 other brand that doesn't have the taste - and that's 'red cow' whole milk w/cream. (Gotta dream of the day when they start doing a whole milk line of Nutrient Survival - that would be like the most ultimate food - because milk fats are actually good for you and have been used for thousands of years by humans!)

Good product
I cannot really compare these to fresh eggs. They are somewhat different. Maybe more egg flavor and more dense than the cheap fresh eggs I buy. I think I might like these better than fresh eggs. I have only had them 3 times and am still experimenting with how to make them , but the ones I made this morning in the microwave where excellent. Good flavor and texture. I tried them raw ( then read you should not) and they taste just like boiled eggs.

A must have.
The seal, lid, and can came in perfect condition, no dents or damage. The "best by" date (which is not an expiration date, by the way) is in 2049, I'll likely be dead by then.I recommend this for a couple of reasons. Firstly, many shelf-stable foods are a form of dry goods: cereals of various types, granola, nutritional bars, crackers and tabs that tend to be very dry, freeze-dried fruit and pancake mix, etc. Lot of dry carbs. Wouldn't it be nice to have some milk with them, if for nothing else than to make them more easy to swallow? One can sure get tired of plain water or Tang-like MRE style sugary drinks as well. Granola and "orange drink" isn't great, nor is cereal and plain water.Secondly, in an emergency, especially long-term, you may have to eat whatever is available - whether it is what you have on hand or can scrounge, or foraged/hunted/fished/trapped natural food; leading to nutritional deficits. These are all good foods, but don't have everything. This milk is packed with vitamins and nutrients that will help fill some of these nutritional gaps, and/or "supercharge" what you get elsewhere. If food is scarce, this milk will help keep you going and potentially help you from becoming ill.I like that this is made in the USA. Companies in a country I won't name once added melamine to baby formula to artificially raise it's apparent protein levels and poisoned infants so I will only buy US and alternately EU-made goods of this type. One quibble I have with the listing is that it is variously described as both 50 and 60 servings. It is 50. I won't take a star off for it, but it should be corrected so people aren't mislead. I plan to get more foods such as their potatoes and tomatoes from this brand, to further boost the nutritional value available from my "stash". Try to have as much variety as possible, particularly if certain nutrients are lacking in wild foods in your region. There is a level of trust here because I'm not opening it til I need it, but if it is close to what is described I highly recommend having it on hand. There are historians that believe that the Mongols ability to digest milk, a high quality food full of protein, was instrumental in their success over water and rice-consuming opponents from the Danube to the Sea of Japan. I'm certainly not going to argue with Genghis Khan.

Dented Can
Nutrient powdered vitamin milk arrived today with a dent on rim of can. The dent was not obvious at first because of the plastic white cover on the sealed can. When I removed the plastic cover to inspect the top of the can, the cover was hiding a dent on the rim (the plastic cover was not damaged but the rim was dented). I don’t think that this particular dent affects the integrity of the seal but am considering returning it and replacing it. Appreciated the fast delivery. Used there products before and like them.
