How is it possible this is $82 for 1.6 measily, tiny ounces????

It does seem expensive but all you need is a drop. It lasts a long time.

How do you apply this ultra -firming dry oil on the neck? Does it take a drop or two or three?

Start with a drop. It spreads easily and goes a long ways.
