Raw Generation 5-Day Protein Juice and Smoothie Cleanse, 30-Bottle Pack

This 5‑day juice cleanse was great! I felt satisfied throughout the day and never experienced hunger. By the end of the fifth day, I had lost weight, but more importantly, I just felt really good. It’s a fantastic way to jump‑start healthier eating habits. All six flavors were enjoyable. The Sweet Greens juice and the Chocolate Cashew smoothie were my favorites. The ginger in the Citrus Carrot juice could be toned down a bit, but it was still tasty. The Sweet Roots juice was my least favorite, though still good overall. I highly recommend this 5‑day juice and smoothie cleanse if you’re looking to break bad habits, reduce bloating, and kick‑start weight loss and healthier eating patterns.

I tried these as an alternative to the hassle, noise and cleaning of juicing and blending machines, and I'm glad I did! I also wanted to try to kick-start my new diet by getting back to real and raw foods first. The flavors of each juice and smoothie are really balanced, there's no one overwhelming taste or excessive sweetness. They leave you feeling full/content because there's no processed junk or additives thrown in, it's just real ingredients that your body can absorb and use and recognize, the way real food should be. My box arrived quickly, frozen and well insulated so I was able to thaw and drink what I wanted later that day while freezing the rest until I was ready to use them. These were really helpful in weaning me off of the extra salty and overly sweet heavily processed vegan convenience foods without leaving me feeling hungry or undernourished. It makes it easy to get off of the processed foods and reset your palate for real foods again. They are also a good nutrition drink for anyone with a compromised immune system that needs an easy and convenient way to get healthy juice at home but may not have the time or ability to make their own. You get 6 juices/smoothies per day which doesn't seem like it would be that filling, but as other reviewers have stated, it's often more than enough even on very active days, that you will have extras or the ability to extend your cleanse. I followed the recommended order of consumption and found it to fit my needs/tastes very well. The Cashew vanilla is a calming and easy way to start the day while still giving some sweetness and satisfaction so that you aren't thinking about food or your next meal all morning. Beets are a natural energy booster and the Sweet Roots can replace that energy drink before or after a workout and makes for a really refreshing drink on a hot day. The Citrus carrot is really good, too, not too carrot-y tasting or bland and has the perfect amount of citrus sweetness. The Cacao and Peanut butter are enjoyable, delicious snacks/treats that won't spike your energy or blood sugar. I like the Sweet Greens, I like the balance of fruits and veggies so that the collards and spinnach don't give off a bitter taste or aftertaste, but because my normal diet outside of the cleanse already includes TONS of greens, it feels a little like overkill on the greens for me. The only downside is that Amazon doesn't offer the variety pack that lets you "Build Your Own Box" where you can choose your own drinks so you can try a wider variety of juices or simply omit juices/smoothies that you aren't a big fan of.

Most of them were very delicious, the peanut butter one made me want to vomit but the rest were great and really helped control cravings. Be careful with all the sugars from the fruit in there, but overall it is a great reset. A little pricey but worth every penny if you follow its instructions. Protein content could be a little higher but they are filling and not a bad consistency. The protein drinks are thick but the juices are exactly that, juice. I would take them out of the freezer for more than 24 hours before drinking because they will be very icy if not. Overall I highly recommend these.

I've been juice cleansing for 35 years and it can be a huge commitment and a time consuming mess. It is always healing and energizing so it is well worth it! BUT!! Having all the juice I need delivered to my door is a super cheat code! Raw Generation provides top quality organic and delicious juice with old fashioned customer service!! I never write reviews but I can't say enough good things about this company or their products! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and give it a try!

First, I am an organic, seasonal gluten-free vegetarian, so a full "cleansing" wasn't my goal. I wanted to supplement a 3-day vegetarian "rinse"!! These come frozen and unlike what they state, it takes 3-5 days to thaw out in the refrigerator so instead I kept them all in the fridge and removed a set for the next day at night and let them thaw in the sink. Otherwise, if you follow their directions and thaw them in the fridge, you will be waiting forever and still have icy slushy drinks. On to the actual drinks!! The juices are good, my favorites were the celery and carrot. The beet is good but drinking a lot of beet juice makes my stomach queasy, so I cut it with water and had more over a longer period of time rather than drinking the whole thing at once. if I was doing their cleanse and not eating, I would have gotten sick. So know your own body and plan accordingly. The protein smoothies are super gross. I have taken A LOT (too much to list here) of various herbs and herbal remedies including Ayurveda and TCM which both can be very strong and earthy, but this stuff was not delicious out of the bottle and the texture was grainy and chunky (probably because they were frozen?). To solve it, I blended them in my Nutrabullet and used them as a base to a proper smoothie with bananas and berries and they were fine. Straight out of the bottle on an almost empty stomach, I probably would have hurled! As for results, again I am not cleansing, just rinsing, so I had no significant results. I didn't feel lighter or more energetic or better by any measurable means and quite honestly, I don't think a 3-day cleanse would do that anyway! No magic pills or magic bottles! I do think these are a good manageable way to get a 3-day start your new healthy living eating plan off to a good start! Otherwise, there are probably other ways to actually "cleanse" and get results from a full-on monitored-by-a-professional "cleanse" and maybe even taste better!

Great tasting juices. This was my first time doing a juice cleanse and it was so easy to follow with their program. It was a great way to reset my daily eating behaviors and eat more clean foods.

I did this cleanse a year ago and loved it. When I bought it again it was horrible. I eat extremely clean whole food and no sugar or preservatives. These drink were SO hard to drink I barely got through 4 drinks in an entire 7 day cleanse and I threw most of the rest out. I tried to keep a few but they were far too gross. I think they've changed their recipe or there was a shipping issue. I also somehow got signed up for subscribe and save and they sent me a whole other box and took $200 from my bank without notification to me. I have yet to get a refund for the second box. I will not ever be purchasing again...

These Juices are AMAZING! This is by far the best place to order your healthy juices. The protein pack is especially delicious. Arrives frozen and tastes just wonderful! So…they may take one day longer to arrive, knowing that, order with one more day of shipping expected. However, they arrive frozen. So, just toss em in the freezer and thaw out your day by day juices in the fridge. They taste terrific! Really…they actually are delicious. The protein set is especially perfect for on-the-go meal replacements and the protein recipes truly do give you the energy and protein you need, better than any others I’ve tried. The company called me to check and I’m very very happy with their customer service. You won’t be disappointed.
