I love my new pans. I bought 2 of them so I could make 12 individual cheesecakes and was not disappointed. It works perfectly. Great size and was really easy to come out of the pan. Clean up was a snap as well.

Considering the product had to shipped from the USA, I was amazed it only took 5 ( yes 5 ! ) days to arrive.Yes it ended up being a little more expensive due to the import duty but these mini cheesecake pans are perfect.Using them for my new cheesecake business ( The Lemon Tree Cheesecake Company ) so bought 10.They make the perfect size mini cheesecakes and are great for baked mini cheesecakes too.They are very good quality and with a little care should last well.Will probably have to buy some more !

I used this to make individual cheesecakes and also I made individual pineapple upside down cupcakes. The pan worked well but I did need to put it on a cookie sheet for the pineapple upside down cakes to keep the butter from leaking into the oven. The portion sizes are generous and the pan is high quality.

I bought this thinking it would fit in my toaster oven based on the measurements listed, but at first the handles stuck out far enough to make it too long to fit. After bending the handles up with pliers it slides in easily (luckily, bending the handles up didn't result in any cracking or chipping of the metal surface and hasn't affected the pan's performance in any way). I've used it several times for cheesecakes, cookies and brownies, and they have all turned out great. So far the non-stick coating is performing well and has not chipped or rusted. I use coconut oil to grease the bottoms and sides, and the desserts slide out intact, as advertised. I haven't let it sit in water too long or used anything abrasive on it -- it cleans easily if you wet it for a minute with warm soapy water and scrub with a soft nylon bristle dish brush -- and I always dry it right away. I lost one of the round disks and found that a Ball jelly jar lid works pretty well as a substitute.

So far I've only used the pan twice to make mini cakes for making giant honemade ding dongs. I sprayed the pans with cooking spray to keep the cakes from sticking and they slid right out after baking. I made sure to hand wash them with a soft sponge and a mild dish soap to protect the nonstick surface, and immediately dried the removable bottom circles, and put them in a container to keep them from getting lost or thrown away by accident. I'm pretty happy with the pan so far and will likely buy at least one more to make more cakes at a time.

These have been great so far. I brought 2 sizes and have used both 6-8 times. Just love the individual size. No waste! Uneaten desserts can be refrigerated or frozen for another time or event. Can’t do that with half a pie or cake.

They work awesome we love them and it was a nice little addition to out store thank you. People like these ones cause they can have their favorite cheesecake without buying a whole cheesecake since as of right now we only sell whole ones and these minis. Also people don't have to feel as bad if they are on a diet just order one of these and you dont have to order a whole cake and be tempted to eat the whole cake at once
