Norpro Nonstick 6 Cup Small Mini Cheesecake Muffin Cupcake Tart Quiche Pan New, 2in/5cm x 2in/7/5cm

I love my new pans. I bought 2 of them so I could make 12 individual cheesecakes and was not disappointed. It works perfectly. Great size and was really easy to come out of the pan. Clean up was a snap as well.

I used this to make individual cheesecakes and also I made individual pineapple upside down cupcakes. The pan worked well but I did need to put it on a cookie sheet for the pineapple upside down cakes to keep the butter from leaking into the oven. The portion sizes are generous and the pan is high quality.

Considering the product had to shipped from the USA, I was amazed it only took 5 ( yes 5 ! ) days to arrive. Yes it ended up being a little more expensive due to the import duty but these mini cheesecake pans are perfect. Using them for my new cheesecake business ( The Lemon Tree Cheesecake Company ) so bought 10. They make the perfect size mini cheesecakes and are great for baked mini cheesecakes too. They are very good quality and with a little care should last well. Will probably have to buy some more !

Fantastic for making personal cheesecakes. Did lots of research, there are not many pans available with this size internal cup/cavity - most are smaller. Faster to make the cheesecakes because they cook faster (in about 20 minutes with convection oven) and can be removed from pan quicker since they don't need slicing like a regular whole cake springform pan would. The finish is flaking off the removeable bottom circles, hence only 4 stars. Overall would recommend, I'm happy with this pan.

They work awesome we love them and it was a nice little addition to out store thank you. People like these ones cause they can have their favorite cheesecake without buying a whole cheesecake since as of right now we only sell whole ones and these minis. Also people don't have to feel as bad if they are on a diet just order one of these and you dont have to order a whole cake and be tempted to eat the whole cake at once

I have about 20 of these pans that I use on an almost daily basis in my bakery to make raw cheesecakes. I've never used the pans in the oven, only in the freezer. The cheesecakes pop out real easily and look beautiful. The quality of the pans is not impressive, but I haven't found an alternative to these yet. The pans need to be hand washed and I recommend drying immediately as well. Anything left wet for longer periods of time will quickly and easily rust, and this is my biggest complaint. However, they do get a lot of wear and washing at my kitchen.

I have baked cheesecakes twice in this pan and I was pleasantly surprised! Clean up was a breeze and since I never put baking pans in the dishwasher anyway, this pan still looks brand new! I will be buying another pan very soon. My experience from ordering ,delivery, to baking and clean up surpassed my expectations.
