Stop the bites.
Always working in the garden this year I was getting eaten alive by insects. Found these and they are just the job for stopping insects biting your legs.

Golf waterproof Garters

Bike trouser fastener
Good quality, a lot better than metal bike clips

A reenacting must.
Bought these to help me get a proper blouse on my WW2 airborne pants. Turns out they're useful for other things too, hiking, biking and Ghostbusters cosplay. The possibilities are endless.

Ankle gaiter for a stick insect
These were so short I doubt they barely made it around my ankled to enable me to fasten them over my outdoor trousers. Maybe OK for thin people with stick like legs.
