This makes excellent coffee
We use this filter cone in our trailer, replacing our harder-to-clean French press. It produces delicious, strong coffee. We use a paper filter in it. I grind the beans pretty fine, similar texture to granulated sugar. It never slows the drip, the flow is continuous, much better than my old cone. I use the paper filter bc water is so precious when camping, and I can toss the whole thing in the trash and it breaks down. At home, we place precious used coffee filters in our compost. I made several pots of coffee at home without the paper filter, and it is similarly delicious. Note that this cone may discolor over time. It appears to be two layers of filter material and impossible to clean in between the layers. I rinse and put in dishwasher at home. If it discolors to unacceptable degree I'll soak it in a Cafiza solution. We use Cafiza on our espresso machine parts, which works miracles on coffee crud.

No more paper filters!
Excellent filter, I like being able to use it with or without the frame, very easy to clean. Fits well with almost any kind of cup or carafe. It looks good enough to make coffee at the table for guests. Produces excellent coffee with none of the oils lost due to paper filters. No sediment in my cup even with a very fine grind. It feels well made. Cons: The silicone handle grip is fairly useless, it just falls off.

Great Product but not for me.
It will work in a pinch .. and for those who want to have pour through coffee, it would work well. It takes a while to filter (subjective) but did well. I don't like much if at all cleaning up coffee grinds after use so I use a different brew system. Great quality build ... very good.

Donโt bother - CA Prop 65 Warning
Has a California Prop 65 Warning. This is supposed to be 304 stainless steel and shouldnโt require a warning. Returned immediately.

Better than Keurig
Well I have been using this daily for months and I prefer it to a Keurig. It is very easy to use and it gets used a lot in my house. I do use an unbleached filter with it for ease of cleaning and I put the used coffee and filter in my compost bin. The fine mesh does get clogged a bit because coffee contains oils, I simply clean it with a soft brush inside and out with warm water until water filters through better. Or just pop it in the dishwasher. It produces a rich and flavorful coffee much better quality than Keurig.

Works well
I have a similar pour over coffee filter with flask which is slightly tighter weave that I like to use and wanted a similar second one. This filter almost measures up and is a good second one for a quick cup of coffee.

Replaced my glass carafe
I broke my glass carafe so instead of buying more glass that I'll likely break again, I decided to try this since I usually make one cup at a time anyway. I works great and leaves no residue at the bottom of the cup. As with any pour over, be sure to use medium coarse grounds because if they're too fine, the water will move through too slowly. I also highly recommend using a goose neck kettle

Truly Amazing Product.
Bought this the same week as a French press. Never used either before and this filter wins. So easy to use and clean, the coffee, drips through quickly enough and the taste is great. Lightweight and company so I can take it camping too, No need for endless paper filters. Does three nice-sized cups of coffee. Wish I could return the French press but I missed the one-moth return policy.

Hard to clean
I love this product but it is much harder to clean then my last filter system. Also it's a bit difficult to move about because the metal rack holding the filter cone is very narrow. It does make a great cup of coffee!! not much silt gets through which was a big problem with my last filter. Great tasting coffee every morning!!

Great product!
I got this today and tried it right away. It works great. No fine residue went through, almost. Easy to clean. Wish it would last.

Perfect cup of coffee
I usually use my Nespresso, but sometimes a gal likes a traditional pour over coffee. Definitely worth the buy.

Does not work.
Takes 10 minutes to pour 1/4 cup of coffee, then stops all together. Doesn't work at all. I threw it out. Total waste of my money.
