I purchased this grip strengthener to improve my forearm strength for rock climbing. I wanted a simple tool that I could keep at my desk or by the sofa to get some passive training in while working or watching TV. I have been using this daily for about three weeks. I usually do high repetition sets on the lower settings and shorter sets on the max resistance. Performance and Experience The standout feature is the adjustable resistance dial. It allows you to change the tension from very light (22 lbs) up to quite heavy (132 lbs) just by twisting the knob on the front. This is excellent because my partner can use it on the lower setting and I can crank it up for myself without needing two different devices. The handle has a rubberized texture which makes it comfortable to squeeze even when the resistance is high. I was worried the plastic might dig into my palm but the ergonomic shape fits the hand well. The spring mechanism is smooth and surprisingly quiet so it does not annoy others in the room when I am using it. Cons • Scale Accuracy: There are markings on the side to show the weight but it is hard to know the exact poundage you are at. • Handle Width: People with smaller hands might find the reach a little wide when the device is fully open. So pleased with these. I have arthritis in my hand and thumb so struggle to grip. These are helping so much. Obviously set at the lowest resistance for now. Well worth it.

I picked this up to work on my forearm strength, and the portability is great since I can just toss it in my bag. The dial makes the adjustability super easy, giving it good versatility whether you want a light warmup or a heavy squeeze. For durability, the spring feels solid and hasn't lost any tension yet. It is also completely silent, so the noise level is zero when using it. My main gripes are the instructions, which were pretty much useless, and the comfort. The plastic handles start hurting your fingers after a long session, but overall, it does what it's supposed to do.

This hand grip strengthener is well constructed and has more than adequate tension in the spring to give your forearms a good workout. I have the Niyikow adjusted to 75% tension and i have a strong grip which affords me sufficiently testing grip on the handle which I do for a 30 repetition for each forearm. If you apply the hand grip a few times a day you should notice your forearms strengthen after a relatively short time. This is a good product.

Does the job very nicely. Easy to use whilst watching tv.

Due to recently damaging my arm i was worried about muscle wastage and wanted something to keep my arm active, so ordered these and got them next day. Honestly for the price they are ok, i am a 40yr old guy who is naturally strong, these may be a but much for some people. The adjustment on them does very little (if anything) and i feel its more of a gimmick feature to sell them rather than a functional feature. But yea ok made, cheap and for me the right amount of friction, result.

I picked up two of these, given the relatively cheap price, and was pleasantly surprised by what I received. These grip trainers are quite well made, with a fairly sturdy construction that feels solid in the hand, though admittedly the handle itself is not as ergonomic as it could be. It also comes with a small sheet of recommended grip exercises, a great inclusion for someone who wants to diversify the grip exercises they're able to do. The springs that supply the tension feel solid, I don't forsee any issues with them for a long time. Given their size, these are nicely portable and could easily be taken almost anywhere. My only complaint would be the adjustment knob. You turn it to adjust the weight between 10kg and 60kg, but the knob itself is not that smooth, feeling a little bit rickety when adjusting the tension. Between this and the slightly uncomfortable handles, the product isn't perfect, but is great for the relatively cheap price and will be more than enough for 99% of people

I love these. I got them for my dad who swears by them, I tried his and immediately got a set for myself. After only a week with very few repetitions, I'm opening jars again. They're adjustable and come with suggested exercises and hand grip is a predictor of lifespan, so get a set! Great item.

Das Produkt macht insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck und erfüllt seinen Zweck zuverlässig. Es liegt mir gut in der Hand, für kleinere Hände könnte es aber anspruchsvoll werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, da kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Da mir die 60kg doch etwas zu leicht sind, werde ich mir noch eine Nummer größer bestellen. Hätte ich weniger Griffkraft würde ich das Produkt wieder kaufen und kann es weiterempfehlen.
