Just like other books by this author, a great message on big feelings is translated for little kids. She helps kids learn the importance of naming their feelings and there overall message of the importance of joy in this book is perfect. The illustrations are as charming as the story is impactful.

Such a gorgeous book! I love the message and my two year old loves opening all the little windows. There are A LOT of little windows to open so if you have a child who likes to rip them off, be careful!

Really love the story the ilustrations the material and the size. Great gift for a book lover. I am trying to create love and interest for books and meaningfull stories and this book is perfect for it.

These books are all precious-hard to pick just one. We also have the heart book. I read it for my second grade daughters class and the children loved it and really interacted with each page and it caused them to share their memories and their feelings. This books bond me with my kids. Classic and a must have for reading time.

Cute book, quality is fair, not as good as the In My Heart version. Seems as though they were trying to publish another book quicker since the original book became so popular. 2 1/2 Daughter likes flipping the pictures open, likes it so much she tears it.

We love this serie of Jo Witek. Special cutouts and illustrations excite my 6 year old girl everytime. Due to their stories I go with the "love" and "brave" books of the serie tough, my girl loves this book "joy" most, since she opens several windows on each page and enjoys the surprise.

Fabulous book! I read this book with my 2&5yo regularly and they love it. We own many of this authors books and each one is beautifully illustrated and has a nice message.
