I may not be using these as many others will, as I use them for night times with a large ID pad inside. They work pretty well this way, though sometimes leak a little around the leg openings. These openings are quite loose and rather large. Guess they would be suitable for those who are overweight though. I am size women’s 16 and am using the medium/large pants. Have tried the small and found them very tight and uncomfortable. Think another size between small and the one I use would be good. I would find these too bulky for use during the day, especially if going out anywhere.

It is very absorbant and is a comfortable fit for my mother. Highly recommend it for the elderly.

Not the best for heavy incontinence
Quick and easy order and delivery, but not the best of pull ups. Pad is not as thick as another brand I usually buy, so moisture retention and hold is not great for heavy incontinence. Will not buy again, as only bought as I couldn't get another product sooner.

Pros: -Excellent absorbency -No leaking/leak proof (within reason) -Extremely comfortable Cons: -Sides come apart a little too easily for my taste but not a big enough issue to bring it down from 5 stars Overall, definitely worth it for the price.
