I really like this bonnet. The quality is so nice and soft. It also came with a silk scrunchie.my only gripe is it is too small if my hair is not in braids twists, or something similar. I have boob length mostly type 4 hair with some type 3 curls, and it's just not big enough woth my curls out or when my hair is stretched. The headband part adjusts well and it stays on good enough. I did end up buying a cheaper large one do see how my hair fits before dropping another $50 on this brand. I think it would be worth the money i juat want to see how similar styles fit first.

I have wavy/curly 2b hair and I LOVE this thing! It's very light weight and stays on due to the tie. I'm always hot in the double lined silk bonnets but this is great even on warm nights when the ac only goes so far. My hair is not a frizzy mess in the morning and it's easy to hand wash and dry over a hanger. It dries very fast. Highly recommend it!

The cap is a little small as i have long hair but the fabric is very nice.

This is decent enough in quality that I like it. It’s my first sleeping bonnet and I have curly 3A/2C hair. I’ve slept with it on for 3 nights and it’s comfortable. I look like a goon with it on so I’m embarrassed to add a photo (haha). I bought it in black because I recently used a semi permanent dye on my hair. The reviews complaining about this being stiff and not feeling “silky enough” don’t know what natural silk feels like. This is definitely natural silk! It’s slightly stiff feeling. I washed it in a garment bag with other delicate items on delicate wash cycle (warm) and hung it to dry. I have a smaller head than most people and my hair is medium length so this fits perfectly with room for my hair to grow. My head circumference is 22.5 inches and I have thick hair. One thing I need to complain about is all of the extra information cards in the packaging. One card is enough, geez! There are 5 cards and a useless envelope in the package. The maker could easily save some money by not including this and simply mentioning it in the product description. Hopefully in a few months I will start to see a difference in less frizz as my hair grows out!

I have naturally curly hair and was looking for a bonnet that would reduce frizz and stay on throughout the night without being uncomfortable or leave marks on my skin! This bonnet is the perfect size and so comfortable. I love that it doesn’t have elastic so that there are no marks on my forehead or temples. The ties have plenty of room to tie it completely and this is the only bonnet that hasn’t come off by the time I wake up. I like that it can be washed as well.

Not real silk. I purchased a pillowcase from this brand and it is absolutely real silk but this bonnet is not. The inside isn’t silky, it’s scratchy. The outside feels satiny. Did the burn test and it didn’t turn to soft ash as real silk should. The photo of the residue on my thumb is after aggressively rubbing the ball between my fingers and some ash flaked off but it pretty much retained its shape. I never tried it on so I cannot say anything about the fit but it doesn’t look like it would stay snug. Crazy that my $25 ZIMASILK bonnet is real silk and this isn’t. The LilySilk website does say that this item is Silk Charmeuse which would explain the glossy side and the matte side but the burn test and just the way it feels doesn’t seem right.

I’ve only been using this a few days now but I am loving it! It’s great to protect my face and protect my hair all in one! I thought about a silk pillowcase but that doesn’t protect my hair from My face. I chose this one as advertised as 100% mulberry silk which is what you want to look for in your silk bonnet!

This cap was on my on daughter’s Christmas list. She wanted it to help minimize damage to her hair and reduce the frizz while sleeping at night. The things that we liked about the cap was the color, the satin was nice to the feel, and its thickness was what you would expect in a satin sleeping cap. To compare, it is the same thickness as satin pillow cases. Also the elastic band, about 2-2 1/2 inches wide) was made out of soft and elastic polyester weave which was soft and per my daughter comfortable. Here come the CONs: I choose this cap because in its description it stated that it had added room to accommodate above average amounts of hair. The caps capacity is no bigger than a hotel complimentary shower cap. Her hair barely fits if it is wet, but when dry, it is like trying to put toothpaste back inside its tube. In addition, the the elastic band/gather, which is actually nice and wide, soft, and comfortable lost its elasticity after the 1st week of use, which means that even if she can stuff all her hair in it, the band falls down on the job of keeping the cap oh her head. so that her very long and curly wouldn’t be somewhat protected from frizzy or damge

It’s comfy, breathable and lightweight. Makes your hair super soft and shiny. Stays on.

It’s waste of $40.00, instead just use any silk scarf Lying around to wrap on head. It’s flimsy and nothing luxurious about it.

I thought it was double layered bonnet with the smooth side of the silk weave in the inside and on the outside but it's just one layer with the rough side on the inside. Which is ok considering the relatively low price. But I prefer my double layer silk bonnet although it was 20$ more. (Brand was cocheng, also on Amazon)
