Excellent value for the money! Great protection!
These Technical Wrap Chainsaw Chaps are a solid piece of safety gear. The wrap-around design gives better coverage than basic front-only chaps, which is nice when youโre moving around a lot while cutting. The material feels thick and durable without being overly stiff, and theyโre fairly comfortable to wear for longer cutting sessions. The buckles and straps are simple and adjust easily, so itโs quick to put them on over work pants. There is a fairly large pocket for your scrench and other necessities. Theyโre not overly heavy and donโt restrict movement much when walking or climbing over brush. For the price, they seem well made and are a good layer of protection to have when running a chainsaw. They are a great value for the money.

Very Comfortable
Out of the box ... Love these chaps. The fit and function seems top notch and they are heavy duty with tough material and strong stitching. The clips are plastic but seem they should last a long time if I'm not too rough on them. They fit around my waist comfortably and don't fall down as I move around. There are four clips around each leg. One high at the hamstring and three from just below the knee down. The straps are adjustable so you can buckle close or loose. They fit well over my thick denim pants and I suppose will keep me safe, warm and dry.

Good quality, thick material
I hope never to test the intended purpose of these, but I think they are of high quality with a good design. The outer material feels thick and durable. The padding helps if you have to kneel (I did, on concrete). The 3 straps around the shin just barely fit around a Size 10 fireman's boot (bought at a yard sale). If I wore regular boots there would be extra strap, but it has Velcro to keep it from flapping. The thigh strap snaps easily - I have it just a hair loose. The belt folds and has snaps for short legged people like me. It unfolds up to sit high on the waist of long legged people. The snaps on the straps make it easier and faster to put on and take off than I realized at first - the fist time putting them on was a chore but I was adjusting things and learning what goes where. The easy on/off using snaps is encouraging me to put them on even for short chains saw stints. The wrap around calf is really nice on a cold day (38F) and gives me confidence when chain sawing as well as protecting from brambles. (But you still have to be careful and maybe a bit scared!!) i would buy again if they got stolen. (I do not want to test the safety functions. :)

Good and functional. Hopefully I never find out how they work.
My first time buying chaps. Been cutting "stupid" for 30 years. I have no comparison, so: The belt would not stay tight. I figured out the web was not put in the slots correctly. The item may have been returned so the issue may have been Amazon not the manufacturer. That said, it says to read the instructions on review videos. I have a little sales booklet, but no instructions. The bag it came in is cheap, mine was already destroyed, more of a store display package to see the colors on a shelf than a real bag for any meaningful storage. Not a big deal for me, didn't expect a "bag". I wish the plastic clips were designed to wrap around the side more. If I were young and more limber that would not be as big a deal. Being in the back probably keeps them safer from abuse than on the inside of your leg where they would be easier to put on. The snaps to shorten the the length at the waste are worthless, they won't really stay snapped. Maybe user error, I wish I had those instructions. All in all for safety they will work, I hope I never really test them. They are functional and for the price seem well made. I think they could be a bit easier to put on. I have short legs so they bunch a tiny bit, but the leg straps hold them in place well. I wish they were a bit shorter, but they are fine. Bigger waist and short legs is a curse.

Good Protective Fit
They fit good and have sufficient fasteners on the legs so they do not flop around. ๐

Safety first
Love that these actually secure around each leg, instead of hanging like an apron. No issues yet, and holding on strong!

Decent pants, decent price point
I think the pants that you step into are better, but for this price point they're pretty comfy. Not much difference between that and more expensive one. Have been using for a couple months and have no complaints. Fortunately, haven't actually had to find out what happens when the chain hits it!

They cover as described.
These covered my legs well, but I should have ordered a medium as they were 2-3" too long, but the work anyway. My snake boots are covered as I fall trees or buck them. The number of straps are a little annoying in back of the legs, but it's better to be safe and annoyed than sorry later.
