very very bad product
I do not recommend it to be purchased as the product started burning when using. its light weight and not suitable for UAE. its a very very bad product that I have ever purchased. and now I do not have the option to even return the product. i will give a big zero for this product. and please don't cheat customers with fake good reviews.

Useless for UK customers
This product is for 120 voltage AC but in the UK we have 220 voltage AC so it is useless for UK customers

Excellent workhorse for the kitchen
We bought this for our catering company and it gets used many many times per day, everyday. There has been absolutely no issues with dullness, breaking, motor not keeping up. We've had it for over 2 years now and it just keeps on going without fault. It's so easy to take apart and clean. I bought 2 more, 1 for myself and 1 for my daughter-in-law.

Great and easy slicer / shredder
Love it! Shreds and slices easily and fast. Lost the ring and was redirected where to buy it. Presto sent it fast ! Should’ve purchased this a king time ago
