Have used it for some time and never had a break off! Use it for muskies and wouldn't hesitate to use it for any fish! Had line on a reel for a long time and seemed as strong as the day I bought it! Couldn't hardly cut it with scissors and had to get a sharp knife to cut it! After cutting it with scissors and was partially cut I couldn't break it with pulling with all my might! An exceptional line! I wouldn't want the fish of a lifetime on my line not being power pro line!

Terrible. Don't order from them. Misleading pictures and descriptions. Ordered what I thought was a middle-of-the-road pair of fishing line snips; received 150 yards of 50# test braid... that I can't cut.

If you have ever used power pro before, you know what you are getting. 30 lbs braid. tough as nails, easy to cast. The Way I've always used braid is to use the same pound test that you would with mono. So if you use 10lbs test mono,use 10lb test power pro, gaining the advantage of a smaller diameter line for better casting. Some people using a higher pound test braid that has the same diameter as what their usual monofilment has. I'm not a fan of that. However you use braided line, this is the best out there. The hi vis yellow I'm using on a bait cast reel for carp and catfish with a mono leader. Again, it casts smooth and is extremely tough. Perfect for bottom fishing. As for the high visibility, it's better than mono but it's not like u can see it with out a light source. still a great line but it does have a premium price

I replaced my main line on my trolling reel and the 150 lbs. has diameter of 30 lbs. test. I replaced 120 lbs. mono and added 500 yards to give me a total of 550 yards of room to work the fish. I will be using this in October for the biggest tournament in Destin, Florida, called the Rodeo. I just hope I get another tournament winner like 2 years ago.
