Thanks to Agaro team. My flosser had stopped working but it was on warranty so they replaced it with a new one. The replacement process was also very smooth and their executives are very helpful. Thanks again for the service

Durability Questionable
The product is easy to use, with a good battery backup, you can use it for 7-10 days with one complete charge. But it stopped working after 14 months of use. When I contacted the service team of Agaro, it was replaced under the extended warranty period by their customer executive. The durability of the product is definitely questionable, it isn’t something that would last you for years at end.

Product is really useful. What stands out is the customer support. My product stopped recharging and since it was in warranty the support team got me a replacement quickly after a quick verification online. Replaced product is working fine.
