La sombrilla es de muy buena calidad, resiste bien el viento fuerte y las ventanitas que trae ayudan para que no se vuele cuando se pone rudo el viento. Ya no vamos a la Playa sin ella , la AMAMOS ! La puedes usar de varios formas y si tamaño es enorme ideal para familias de 3-5 personas con niños Solo me gustaría que viniera con una funda más resistente pues con el uso se empieza. Rasgar, pero la sombrilla está increíble!

I bought this umbrella back in August 2020, and it’s still going strong in July 2025. Just wrapped another beach weekend with it—flawless, as usual. We bring it every single time. It’s been everywhere, used hundreds of times, and it’s held up like a champ. I added one of those umbrella hooks from Amazon that slides on the pole—great for hanging towels and gear. Setup? Stupid simple. Pull it out, twist the base into the sand, pop the top on. Just pay attention to the wind unless you want to reenact Mary Poppins across the shoreline. I switch between upright mode and what I call “tent mode” for windy days. Just tilt it, fill the sand pockets, and boom—rock solid. It shrugs off gusts like it’s no big deal. Yeah, the zipper windows corroded shut years ago—but I never used them anyway. A few threads around the support arms are loosening, but after six years of beach weekends, that’s a badge of honor. Still works perfectly.

It is good, but I blew mine apart in a high wind. It took me half a day to repair it. They use wire to hold the splines in place, and when the wire breaks it all becomes a mess. What I learned: Totally remove the fabric and just work on the pole first. Then resew the fabric back on. Do not open against the wind. Better yet, avoid trying to use it in a strong wind.

For those meets where there is no grass and only bleacher seats, this is a great option to keep you and your family cool and protected from the sun. It is pretty large and easy to put up and take down. Might require bungee cords when using in the bleachers.

Our friends had one of these at the park to use as a shade, and we liked it so much we bought one too. It's big enough for my family of four, but packs down well (like an oversized umbrella). Putting it up and taking it down is simple and only takes a minute. It was really tested when we used it at the beach on a windy day. The anchors and screw-in pole kept it firmly in place. Recommended.
