Love Garmin!
I’ve always used garmin watches. Love the size, shape appearance of the watch face. The band is comfortable also. So far the battery life is quite good. Display is great and to read. It’s a bit different than my last one, but easy to figure out the options.

good purchase
nothing fancy. Good solid watch with all the info your average runner needs. Distance, mileage, speed, steps, heart rate, altitude climbed/dropped, and other info. you can keep a log of each of your activities; running, walking, biking, trails etc. etc. As an added bonus my watch displays phone calls and texts. I'm sure the activity display can be customized but I've not felt the need to change what's there. The watch face display can be changed to meet your likes. I get about two weeks battery life while using the gps for an hour or so each morning and maybe another hour or two on the weekends,

Great for beginners
Great watch for beginner runners. Tracks your pace, heart rate, distance, and calories. I previously had a FitBit with a touch screen, so it took a bit to get used to the screen and buttons, but I really like it. Might be a little big for me but I have small wrists. Screen is easy to see, I like that it's always on. Easy to pair to Samsung devices.

LOVE this watch!
My absolute favorite running watch (I upgraded from a different Garmin). The functions (button controls on the side of the watch) may take a little time to learn, but it's not difficult. The GPS is extremely accurate and all of the information from the watch syncs quickly to the Garmin App. I've worn it in all kinds of weather and different types of races and have never had a problem. Pretty strong battery life, too, but out of habit, I do charge it every night. Looks nice and the adjustable band ensures a perfect fit! Really great running watch, and I know I'm not even taking advantage of everything it offers yet.

Good battery life. Might need to wiggle charging cable.
Good sports watch. Buttons work as expected. No touch screen means no unintended mistakes. Connects to my chest heart rate sensor via Ant+. Connects to Strava. Battery life is better than other watches (due to no touch screen, dimmer display), though as expected the marketing material is overzealous. I get maybe five days of battery life. I think the product details claim 14 days. I am giving a review at the four-month mark. Worked great so far but now the charging cable needs to be wiggled just right for the electrical contact to happen.

I love(d) this watch. Not anymore.
I bought this a few months ago and loved it but wanted to wait to write a review so I could comment on its reliability over time. So far, this thing is great. Best sports/tracking watch I have ever owned. The battery life is as advertised. Lasts about two weeks depending on how active you are with the GPS during that timeframe. You can display the exact battery percentage, also. The size and display area are great. It doesn't feel too big but there is plenty of room on the screen for all the important info you might need. During workouts: you can customize what fields are displayed for each activity. I primarily use this for running, and I like how I can adjust what I see on the screen (HR, pace in whatever units I want, total distance, etc). There are actually quite a few different metrics you can display, so I'm confident you will find what you want. I also like how it vibrates at every mile marker and gives you a quick read out of how you're doing so far in terms of pace and whatever else you decide to display. The vibration is actually quite useful, and is powerful enough that you will definitely feel it (I know some watches are sort of weak in this regard). Heartbeat sensor: this was an important one for me, and this watch has performed very well in this regard. My older Garmin watch (Forerunner 35 I think?) seemed pretty unreliable with HR, but this one seems like its pretty spot on most of the time (as verified by manually checking my HR to see how close it is). It has some really cool "widgets" that you can add to your main menu. For example, I can check the weather for the next week with two or three button presses, which I think is a cool bonus. It also has health focused ones like V02 max and you can review your HR over the past week, displayed as a simple line graph. The only thing that bugs the hell out of me is that when you go to start a workout, a run for example, it will always give you this "suggested workout" that you have to say no to every time. It's really annoying and I wish I could turn it off, it just adds extra button presses before I can start my run. Not enough to deduct any points, but it's still a really annoying feature. Update July 2025: the battery life has taken a nosedive. I'm coming up on three years owning this watch. If I charge it all the way up to 100% and disconnect it, within an hour it will say I'm at 85% or so. As I type this, the battery indication is 58%, and this is only after one hour of running today after being fully charged last night (so about 24 hours ago). I liked this watch for a while, and it's been a great companion through marathons and ultras, but I guess they don't engineer these things to last anymore. Planned obsolescence. 3/5 stars since I do like all the functions and capabilities. But the battery has become an issue for me nearly three years later.

A good watch without touch screen
My first smart watch was Huawei. Then comes this. For the price I'm paying it doesn't have touch screen. Button toggling needs time to learn. Gave it up.

An Elegant and light weight Sport watch
As expected from the Garmin, pretty good especially the battery backup, i haven't charged yet, it came out of the box with 90%, i have been walking and running and other activities like breath, HIIT(high-intensity interval training), past 4 days i have not take it off this watch from my wrist, still battery 49%. i do own apple watch series 6 Nike Edition but need to charge every day for sure and if i ran more than 6K or 7K in day, it will drain pretty soon, thats why i took this and heart rate also very good, which similar to polar heart strap. finally it's a Sport watch not completely smart watch but it has some of the smart watch features, like getting notifications but in one way you can't give reply from the watch, just you can see.

Superou as expectativas
O relógio é excelente, meu esposo adorou, só achei que a tela fosse maior, a borda em volta diminuiu o tamanho da tela.
