Very light and flimsy base, although it's sturdy when assembled

With the aid of a Phillips screwdriver, and provided with an easy instruction chart, this 84year old woman assembled the Kitchen Holder with no trouble.

Easy to assemble. Just what I was wanting. Very satisfied.

I just changed to a new apartment and bought a paper towel holder casually. I didn't have much hope. But it surprised me. The chassis is very heavy and does not fall easily. It met my needs anyway. And it looks beautiful in the kitchen!

This product is exactly as shown on the picture and it looked good when I unwrapped it. What lets it down is that I can't fix the rod to the base..... because the screw is nowhere near the length it should be to join the two. Most impractical! I have returned it.
