I do A LOT of machine embroidery. This is sturdy enough to prevent those nasty puckers. I've been using it for a long time and it has become my go to stabilizer. For knits, I put iron on on the back of the garment and put this cut away in the hoop and float the garment in the hoop. It works great!

Good for light to medium stitches does not work well with patterns that have a lot of heavy stitches

The edges of the roll stick when you are trying to unroll it. So the edges are uneven and they are difficult to get off the roll. It does iron on good and sticks to the fabric if you don’t have to use the edges.

Works well. I use this with my dark coloured sweaters and it worked well. I did find it better if I used my tear away added to it when stitching it out if I had a heavy stitch pattern. But it was nice being able to not waste as much stabilizer since I could iron it on right wear I needed it.
