Nice post lamp, wire leads are just a little short, fixture is a little small
I purchased this to replace a post lamp that seemed to go bad for one reason or another. This one is very sturdy, seems well put together to keep weather out, and was easy to install. My only complaint is that the wires could be a little bit longer. They were able to reach where I needed them to get to, but there wasn't a whole lot of slack left. Rather than having to splice some together or use connectors, adding another 6 to 12 inches would be preferred. It can always be cut shorter. The fixture itself is a bit smaller than my old one too, so looks a little out of place on the lamp post itself but it does the job and illuminates the space around so I'm otherwise happy with it.

Overall it was a good value purchase. Plenty of light for my purposes. It replaced a lamp post fixture that was damaged, so I already had a pole in place. My only concern was that the screw connecting the finial to the rain shield was just barely long enough. Had to play with it for awhile, but finally got it to work. Overall I am happy with my purchase..
