THROTTLEXBatteries - ADZ14S- AGM Replacement Power Sport Battery

Received battery and tested it before installing it on my bolt 2015. It did test 15cca lower than what is advertised as. I put it to charge right away. It was the perfect fit and it work after installing it. Value for is great. I will update my review if any deficiencies.

Purchased this for a 2013 Honda Shadow Aero. First off check your container for hardware (2 screws with cooresponding nuts). I didn't see these until after I reused my stock ones. The stock nuts did not fit into the slots on the battery terminal. I forced them in using a pair of needle nose pliers and hammer. I also had to pry them up so my screws would seat properly (stock screws are shorter that the one that come with the battery. Lastly, my terminal leads did not fit exactly. My terminal leads have 2 tabs that had to be flattened as the battery terminal was too wide.

Hard to beat when it comes to value and lifespan. Odd thing though, the hardware kit of the latest one I bought included new screws, star washers, and brass spacers, but no nuts. Thankfully I was able to reuse the nuts from my old battery, but something to be mindful of.

Needed to be jumped in order to even start the bike, and part of the battery looked like it had been filed down and was warped so the nut had to be hammered in in order to even fit so I could screw it to the cable

This battery was about an inch shorter than the original, had to make a spacer, other than that it is fine.

This is a great battery for the price.The only issue I had was the battery posts were a bit too large for my bike's (2010 Shadow RS) battery cables. I ended up having to bend the clips on the edges of the cables up and "flat" in order to get the cables to fasten securely to the battery.For the price, though, I'm not going to count that against it. This battery cost roughly $60 less than what they wanted at the motorcycle shop, and it seems to start the bike with every bit of amperage that the one that came in the bike had.Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

This battery fits the 2013 Honda CTX1300. It is exactly the same size and the terminals are correct. It has the same CCA rating as the original battery and a very close Amp hr rating. The price is very good for this AGM style battery. The only issue with installation was the bolts for the terminals could be just a bit longer. I had to shim the nut up with a small piece of paper board to get the bolts started with the terminals in place.

Look other batteries could be $100 MORE than this one. Even if this only lasts 2 years after 6 years I’m still ahead. Worked like a charm and fit like a glove. Seriously, it’s a battery I’m never going to see it. It fit perfectly in your V-Star 950. I tried to find something to complain about, but I can’t.
