The media could not be loaded.  I am very impressed with this headache cap! great quality and I love the silky “swimsuit” like material! The material is so nice on hair and doesn’t get matted or tangled while laying down.

After a surgery it is so hard to find a product that does what you want it to do. This is that product it stays on while you move around and does just exactly what it is supposed to do

I really like this compared to other headache hats I’ve used mainly because it stays colder for much longer than the gel. It doesn’t fit me personally very snug, it’s a little loose so if you like compression and have a normal size head I would say this is not for you. It’s still pretty comfortable to lay down with as well. The ice packs flip around a lot which is easily resolved. But overall a decent product for a migraine sufferer.

I love the feeling of this. For the price, the quality is actually pretty good and its so soft and smooth. The cap is on the larger size so if you have a smaller head, this might not give you enough compression. The only thing that I dont like about this is how fast the cooling sensation was gone. It only lasts less than 10 mins for me

I have suffered from chronic and debilitating migraines since I was 2 years old. I have seen neurologists, tried a slew of various medications, tried different supplements; you name it I have tried it. Nothing gave me relief anymore except time. I recently had to be admitted to urgent care because my migraines were lasting days on end. My cousin who also suffers from chronic migraines recommended this to me. I was very skeptical at the time, but the first time I put it on it was MAGIC. I took it off and my migraine was GONE. NOTHING has ever worked for me like this before! I highly recommend. The freezing aspect is not the most comfortable experience but if you push through it it does the trick!!!

It's nice for headaches of some types, and for "escaping reality" for a bit. I put it in the freezer for a few minutes. WAY too cold. And I've felt - 30 F, so...yeah. I have found that it's cool enough at room temperature...provided your room is cooler than 98.6 F.It is tight enough for my head to offer some pressure relief. If you have a big head, it might be too much pressure for you.Headache or no, it's a good way to shut out the world. Train your family to understand that when they see it on you, since it's a "headache hat", you evidently have a headache. It's bright purple color should make it fairly noticeable. Not only should they not disturb you, they should also keep quiet as possible until your "headache" passes.Use it how you find it beneficial and allow people to make whatever inferences and draw whatever conclusions they wish, but this is a great hat. And since I already bought one, let's all keep our fingers crossed and hope that my husband never reads this review.

Wow 25.00 for this incredibly cheap cap that offers 0 cimpression and it is way too big. It can't be worn without covering ears which is uncomfortable and causes nerve damage. It does nnot cover eyes nor does it look like the photo. I absolutely hate it and I will not buy unless reputable brand and a real cranio sacral cap.

Es MUY bueno, se siente muy bien cuando tienes migraña, pero no puedo todavia dejarmelo sin que me empiece a doler a los pocos minutos. No podemos usar cosas demasiado calientes o frias, entonces solo me falta ver como ponerme una capa de algo (una beanie?) entre esto y mi piel o pues no dejarlo en el congelador porque es demasiado frio

This ice hat is a game changer. Put it in the fridge take it out it’s nice and cool and crisp and it stays cool for hours. Great when you have headaches and you can’t pinpoint where you want to put the ice pack. Highly recommended light weight and really easy to use.

I love it. Gets my headache before I need to take anything. A bit uncomfortable to wear right away with frozen blocks but perfect and easy to sleep on after the blocks melt a bit. Only con is the amount of "find your leader" jokes because maybe you look ridiculous. Totally worth it though.

Best thing ever when used along side your other relief methods. Only have used it cold so far and found it really helpful and I've been a migraine sufferer for over 20 years

Once you take this product out of the freezer for use, the cooling doesn't last very long (not even 30 mins). So I don't find this product useful.
