This will fill the hole in your sink and if you are lucky it might dispense soap or lotion depending on what kind of mood it is in. It is cheaply made of mostly plastic. The reservoir is also plastic. That being said, if you use a thin enough soap it will usually work and I was mostly looking to fill the extra hole in the sink anyway. At least it is inexpensive.
