Are the instructions easy to follow if i have no training in oral placement therapy?

This tool comes in handy for speech and myofunctional orofacial therapy

This may not be something your therapist requires you to purchase, but if you buy it it will expand the amount of exercises she will be able to give you to do. Additionally if you are looking for a jaw strengthening tool and cannot afford a therapist it comes with a whole workbook full of exercises.
