Anchor Hocking2-Quart Cracker Jar with Brushed Aluminum Lid, Set of 4

Good quality. Holds a lot. Stores well. Very handy. Easy to wash and dry for reuse! I got 4 1/2 gallon and 4 1 gallon jars. I love them!!!

I've bought multiple orders of these jars after a long battle with critters that have to be in the top 10 nasty critters on Earth: pantry moths. They create cobwebs and lay their eggs inside food containers, boxes and/or plastic bags! Just so nasty! For the longest time after I finally got rid of those disgusting little devils, I stopped baking and didn't cook much because I refused to keep more than I needed of food items such as flour, cereal, pasta, rice, cornmeal and sugar. Then one day, I remembered that my mother used to keep her flour, sugar, etc. in glass jars. When I found these jars, it made my day; I was so excited, especially since I wanted smaller jars (my mother had jars that would take about 8 lbs. of a 10 lb. bag of flour). They're the right size for my purpose (I live alone and so don't need 5 lbs. of flour or sugar) and they're durable. They also look nice on the countertop or in the cabinet. These Anchor Hocking Cracker Jars are a godsend and I will be ordering more soon!

I ordered the two sizes available (4 jars each) as I already owned six jars we've used for storage of food items in our kitchen for over ten years. These new jars are to hold flours (gluten free, bread, wheat) and sugars). The jars came packed four to a box and arrived quickly from the supplier. The only con with these jars is the lid is still not the easiest to re-align to screw on. It should be a sturdier, thicker metal. Overall, we're pleased and I have two one gallon size jars on order when they are again available.

I make homemade breads, & these jars are perfect for holding different flours. I have also used to transport hot soups . They are a wonderful item to have in your kitchen.

I am thrilled with the Anchor Hocking 32 ouce cracker jars. I use them for all types of storage on my kitchen counter top and in cabinet shelves. They keep staples fresh. Great for tea bags, cereal, cookies, pasta, sugar and other food items you keep in the kitchen.The square shape takes up less space as they fit closely together with no waste of space. Love my Anchor Hocking jars.

These jars are perfect for sugar, salt, and corn starch or flour. The mouth of the jar is wide enough (4 inches) that you can reach in without any difficulty. However, the lid is made of aluminum without a rubber or silicon liner to make it a little bit air tight. Therefore, it would not be good for storing brown sugar. The lack of a liner inside the lid also makes it easier to make a dent on the lid or a chip on the jar mouth over time. It would be perfect if they make the lids out of stainless steel, or at least make them a purchase option.

I use these for so many things and have so more than one size. Perfect for homemade croutons.

I had a set of the jars and wanted more for storing pasta, cereals and crackers. I prefer not to keep items in the store boxes and these ensure the food stays fresh, while it also looks so lovely and organized in the cabinets. I did want to get the same jars with red lids, but wasn't willing to pay double just for that.They are a high quality product and worth every penny. If you want to stay beautifully organized, I would recommend these highly!

Very good product and price

One of them was SHATTERED and everything in the box was covered with fine shattered glass.

They shipped one of 6 and i am tired of fighting to get the other 5 back so a small mason jar size for 16.00 is sort of just nuts. i gave up.

Was supposed to be a 6pack of small jars, only got one. Lid was not very secure.
